Breakfast - 2 x wheetabix (HEb) and semi skimmed milk (HEa)
Banana
Lunch - Homemade Minestrone Soup from freezer
Apple
Snacks - half a pack of treat size Cadbury's buttons (2 syns)
some cooked chicken breast
Muller Light American Cheesecake (1 syn)
Supper - Steamed Pollock cooked with lime, ginger & chilli. Served on a bed of spinach with sliced & baked new potatoes and asparagus.
Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres+), green tea, tea with semi skimmed milk (part of HEa), sparkling spring water and an Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns)
