Thanks hun :) Definitely, however, when I get to this weight I tend to start slacking! But I've had a 100% day today and feeling good about it all.

Virus/Cold is in full flow today so no energy for exercise as feeling dizzy. Just getting through the day on plan & coping with the kids is a miracle lol! :eek:

Lunch - Minestrone Soup left overs from last night

Snacks - remaining 1/2 x 195g Muller Rice Original (5 syns)
A couple of cooked chicken breast pieces

Supper - Special Fried Rice recipe from SW Magazine May/June 2011 - very yummy indeed

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres+), tea with semi skimmed milk (from remaining HEa) and perhaps an Options hot chocolate later (1.5 syns)

So pleased today as I lost 2.5 lbs and got my 1.5 stone lost award :D Just need to try to make it work the rest of the month now...will be tricky with my son seb's 1st birthday this weekend & then Easter!!! So chuffed... not far from my initial target now!!! Shame I've over done the syns today though!

Exercise - None :( Now have an ear infection on top of my cold/virus :( and on antibotics so had to cancel all classes this week :(

@Nikki - Pollack is really yummy as its quite a meaty fish (so filling) and takes thai or tomato flavours really well!

Still on antibiotics and feeling awful so no exercise today again :( Had a cheeky scale hop and it looks like I'll be STS at best this week :( Grrrr

Supper - Beef chilli made with extra lean beef mince, green pepper, red chilli, chilli powder, smoked paprika, cumin, onions, tinned tomato, butter beans & chickpeas. Topped with low fat cheese (1/2 of HEa) and served with plain boiled rice

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres+), tea with semi skimmed milk (part of HEa), Jasmine tea, 1/2 glass of dry white wine (3 syns) and sparkling spring water.

Exercise - None :( Feeling much better but still a little off balance. Hope to start on bike again tomorrow!!!
 
Also feeling better and really pleased I managed a 2 lb loss this week even without exercise :D Had a bit of a bad day though (partly due to not having the right healthy foods in the house) but it is a bank holiday

A planned day 'off plan' as it was Easter Sunday but I still couldn't help but feel guilty and even got on the bike at one point to. It didn't stop me over indulging though. 4 more full days until weigh in so I've some serious making up to do if I don't want a gain this week :( as I'm already heavier than I was on friday!!!

Supper - none as was still full from a late lunch!!!

Supper - Roast Lamb with fat removed, served with boiled potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and asparagus.

Drinks - Mineral Water (1 litres+), Green Tea, Tea with Semi Skimmed Milk (HEa), Coke Zero, and sparkling spring water

Exercise - I had planned to do Aqua Aerobics but got to the pool and it was cancelled :( I had a swim with the kids instead. Back to it tomorrow though with Zumba!
 
Had a major guilt moment tonight so got on the exercise bike and did 7K burning 145 calories...its a start I guess!:sigh:
 
Guilt has really set in today so I've been doing my best to use no syns, avoid carbs as much as possible, drink lots of water and do lots of exercise! I know its not the SW way but I've some serious making up to do after such a naughty few days over the easter weekend. I was still up by a 1lb this morning and really don't want my first gain (although I totally deserve it!!!).. so will work hard this week to aim for a STS!!! Here is today's plan...I'll edit later after Zumba if anything changes (fingers crossed it won't!!!)

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres+), Green Tea, tea with semi skimmed milk (from leftover HEa) and Coke Zero

Exercise - 15 mins on exercise bike (7k burning 149cals)

Again its a recovery day today so lots of exercise and trying my best to use no syns (failed slightly!), avoid carbs as much as possible and drink lots of water! Cheeky weigh in this morning says I'm almost back to my weight at last weeks weigh in so hope I won't gain Friday if I'm extra good today & tomorrow.

Yay I did it! I pulled things back & ended up with a 2.5 lb loss this week :D So chuffed as it was hard work making up for Easter!!! Off to Cornwall for a long weekend so it's going to be another tough week!!!
