well my beauties.... Its my weigh in tomorrow morning, so we will see what the scales have to say.. I am feeling quietly confident AND on another plus note, I have felt stronger this evening and avoided the (YOU KNOW WHAT!) I will admit to putting a few small pieces of white fish in my mouth and also a cheese triangle ... BUT they stayed inside & I don`t feel guilty about them ( too much anyway )
So I think today has been a good day for me.. also NO texts from you know who either, so hes out of my thoughts as well, which is a HUGE relief... Happy days.... may they LONG continue L xxx

What you need is a 'bell-jar' approach with him.......imagine you're inside a glass jar and his poison can't get to you through it. Just let all his manipulative tactics bounce off; you KNOW what is best for you and Scarlett, he can't spoil it!
