DISASTER!!

After taking ages to make the cake (the method is like I've never done before and took so long to do. Not like a normal cake recipe), the mascarpone and white chocolate mix for the filling has curdled :( I don't have any icing sugar to make a some butter cream either.... Damn it!!! Gonna have to get some in the morning and frantically fix it before the boyfs parents get here!!

(and I did have some mixture and feel sick! I'm sick of the smell of coffee too!) xxx
 
Urgh! It looks minging! Haha! Nothing a bit of buttercream won't fix tomorrow though ;-)
 
Morning. Of for a run in a bit :) no idea about food today due to having visitors. We'll be eating out later but I'm determined to make good choices.

Breakfast will be fruit and yoghurt 1pp though

The run was brilliant! Feel really good and positive.... Although about to make buttercream for the cake! :-/ lol

I've had a slice - only little mind - and it tastes lush! No idea how to point it though??? How much would a slice of cake in a coffee shop be (bearing in mind their slice would be bigger) I'm thinking maybe 10 for it??? :-/ or maybe I'll just right it off since I went for a run this morning!xx
 
I think I'll stick to 10 but saying that, after dinner the boyf wants to go to the pub! So looks like today could be a right off cos I don't have enough points left to cover it all!!

Run was good hun :) had so much energy I could have gone for a lot longer but had to get back. I hope to get out tomorrow. It if not, defo Monday and Wednesday :D xxx
 
You've prob got enough activity points to cover everything! Don't worry. You've been really good lately, it prob won't have much impact. I really fancy a beer! I must resist!

Urgh! So had a major skinful last night and to cure my hangover we had Dominoes! I feel terrible now - major headache and feel sick. Yuck!

Plan for tomorrow - I'm going to point as I've got some ready meals to eat up this week.

B - OSS with skimmed milk and banana 8pp

L - homemade broccoli soup 0pp. Snack a Jacks 3pp. 2 sataumas

D - Sainsburys Be Good To Yourself Chicken Jambalaya 10pp

Still have 5pp left which I'll probably use on a snack when I get in from work. I won't be eating until about 8pm as I'm out for a run first

Hi Sarah - feeling much better after an early night last night. :) not sure if I can claw some of the damage back but with 2 runs and a kettle bell workout before wi, it's possible!! xxx

I've had a WW bagel 4pp with a scraping of low fat peanut butter (not sure of points but shouldn't be more than 1pp?) and banana. Was lush!

26pp used today. Been for a run and burnt about 600 calories
