My SF Diary

I've been at my ww goal since the end of September, but dropped about a stone since then and I'm happy where I'm at now. Just was looking for something that may be easier to maintain on, and this sounds good. I liked slimming world but found it impossible to work out the syns for things, seen as I know the pp of almost everything in existence now this could be what would suit. Gonna give it a try and see how I go.

Thanks for letting me follow. I may annoy you with questions but I'll try and not make them too daft lol. I've started a diary in this section too which I'll duplicate from my own on the food diaries thread if you wouldn't mind having a wee nosy every now and again hehe. Thanks xxx

Hi all, I kept a diary of my food this weekend and I tried to stick to sf.

Friday evening - 2 finger KitKat 3pp and satsuma. Crumpets with scraping of peanut butter 2pp and banana

Saturday
B - slice of granary bread 2pp with beans and tinned tomatoes. Banana

L - Jacket potato with vegetarian chilli. Apple & satsuma

D - WW macaroni cheese 9pp

S - 18.5cl of wine 4pp and 2 kitkats 6pp

Sunday

B - slice of granary bread 2pp with beans and tinned toms and hash brown 3pp

L - beef roast, gravy 2pp?? With roasted new potatoes 2pp for oil?? Broccoli and carrots

D - OSS with skimmed milk.

My fella had some chips from chippy and I had About a handful, how many points would that be??

35pp used - 7pp left. would the chips be covered in that do you think? Xx
 
Well done mets and yeah I think 7pp will more than cover a handful of chips xxx hope the training went well x
 
Thanks Nicola :) gonna say now that my weeklies have been used up and for the rest of the week is SF.

Training was good. A lot of stuff I had already covered in my current role but it was really good to meet my intake. Looking forward to the next lot of training in 2 weeks :) xx
 
Sounds like a yummy weekend! U have done very well, I bet there was a fair bit of temptation!
 
Oh yeah Sarah! With every lunch there was a dessert - Saturday chocolate fudge cake and ice cream, today apple crumble or rice pudding. They supplied crisps and chocolates - as much as you wanted (hence the kitkats I ate!). Breakfasts I could have had the full fry ups and lunch on Saturday, I could have opted for Thai green curry with rice and poppadoms. So actually, I think I did really well! AND we went to Sainsburys to get some snacks last night - all the girls bought sweets and chocolates. I just had my little one glass bottle of wine and my WW meal... I could have been so bad this weekend.

Now where's my halo.... ;-)

Thanks girls. I forgot that I'm going out for dinner tonight!!! :-o I don't have enough weeklies left and pp won't cover it... Crap! I'll just have to have what I think will be the lowest point food and hope for the best on wi day... I'll give my halo back!!

I wi in on Thursday Nicola...

I'm going to have a salad for main and ask for dressings on the side. We're doing this thing at Zizzis where we can have free canapés from their new Cichetti range, so I'm going to have to be good and not eat too many! Looking on WW tracker, they're mega high for just one! Hopefully I won't do too much damage

Change of plan - my friend has cancelled dinner as she's not well. I'm not going to lie and say I'm not a little bit relieved!

So dinner will be wholewheat pasta made with tomato based sauce, onions, mushrooms, garlic and peppers. Slice of WW bread

Still all sf and no points used! xxx
