Morning :) pointing again today

B - OSS and skimmed milk with banana 8pp

L - broccoli soup 0pp, WW yoghurt 1pp, snack a jacks 3pp

D - WW pizza 11pp with salad and tbls of Philly 1pp, light mayo 1pp

25pp used. Trying out a new kettle bell workout this evening. It's going to be paaaaain! :D xxx

Poor effort on the run this evening - more like a walk! :D but still, at least we were out for an hour.... And it was a fairly brisk walk. I just don't have the energy today
 
Walking is meant to be more effective than running anyway!
 
Morning. Wi this afternoon but not expecting much after my disastrous weekend! I'm doing sf today.

B - OSS and semi skimmed and water 2pp

L - banana on crumpets (was so lush!) had one with a little marmite too. Snack a jacks 3pp. Some mango and pineapple chunks.

D - tuna and Wholewheat pasta, with mushrooms, baby sweetcorn, peppers and spinich. Tbsp of Philly 1pp

Morning :)

I'm training all weekend from tonight, so won't have a good control over what food we're given. If its too bad, then I'll pop to Sainsburys and get some WW friendly foods.

B - OSS and banana

L - crumpets and marmite

D - not sure as I'll be having it at the training centre

S - fat free fromage frais and mango. I don't have any sweetener so used tsp 1/2 icing sugar 1pp

I don't get great Internet where I'll be, so may not be able to update my diary. But I'll do it Monday. Hope you all have a great weekend xxxx

Hiya mets, I'm coming over from the pp way lol, I'm maintaining and want to see if this plan will be a little easier to do that on. I've been reading your diary over the past few days and you seem to be doing brill so I'm subscribing if thats okay. I may need to steal some of your ideas.
