Morning :) SF today....

B - OSS and skimmed milk

L - Crumpets and marmite. Pineapple

D - jacket potato with tuna mixed with extra light mayo, spring onion and mixed peppers. Side salad :)

E - hope to do kettle bell work out tonight

Loving your SF food plan , I am going to start this tomorrow as struggling big time on PP.
How much are you loosing on SF? on a weekly basic xx

It's hard to say as I lost about 6lbs before Christmas and then put it back on (and then some!). But on average it's 1-2lbs a week when I stick to it ;-) I feel so much better when doing SF and less bloated.

Wi day for me. I hope to get at least 1lb off.

B - OSS and skimmed milk

L - crumpets and marmite

D - fajitas! :D I'm going to treat myself to a KitKat chunky peanut butter .... Mmmmm must find the points for it though. xxx

Thanks girls :) I lost 1lb. If I'm honest I'm a little disappointed but a loss is a loss after all xx
 
Have u seen what a lb of fat looks like? It was on that fat families last week, it's a lot so well done! Just think it doesn't sound alot but really it is when u see it!
 
Our leader took it a pound of fat and it looked really big, then she took out 7lb and it was massive, puts things into perspective. I was happy with 1/2lbs after that for a while.

Even if you think of a pound of mince, thats loads x
 
Thanks ladies :) I know 1lb is good. I was being silly earlier... It's just I was a but miffed that when I eat dominoes and drink tons of beer one week and lose 1lb, I still get the same when I'm mega good! Guess its just our strange bodies....

I feel better now about my 1lb loss and given myself a kick up the arse! Especially when people STS and are disappointed - I feel silly for moaning!! :-/ xxx
