Well done mets on ur wk end looks fluke u did really well, I bet ur doing alot of moving about aren't u ?
 
Thanks girls :) i bloody love dominoes and I wont say i wasn't a little tempted, but I'm so bloody determined this week! I kicked that devil into touch ;-)

Oh well no actually! It's all classroom based at the moment but we soon will be! Eeek!

DAY 4 - 10pp remaining

B - porridge oats and skimmed milk

L - Sainsburys spring vegetable soup x4 slices WW bread (that's a lot I know! :-/)

D - Potato wedges, beans and 2 eggs

S - strawberries and total 0% with a little sweetener. Plain WW bagel

I'm going to try and not eat bananas for a few days as I think they give me a tummy ache/wind/bloating :(

I just fried off some onions and mushrooms, added garlic and peppers. Simmered off with tinned toms and added a tin of baked beans then chucked in the cooked wholewheat pasta :) lush! xx
 
Yeah! It made the sauce a bit thicker. I threw them in at the last minute and it was lush :) defo going to make it again

Opps! Dinner was potato wedges, 2 eggs and beans again! Haha! *puuuurp* :D poor boyfriend!

I've signed up online to WW again today and decided to point from Thursday. I'm going to go back to basics and see if it can get my head back in the right place. I've felt really good on SF this week but I'm literally teetering on the edge of the wagon again.... I'm hoping that a week or two of PP will help me out. Plus the motivation of paying the 3 month subscription up front! x

Haha! Sarah :D yeah of course I'll keep my diary on here :) I'm going to switch between sf and pp some days for the weekends I've got lots on or when I'm training (as I'm more in control and can do sf better when training). I just think perhaps my portions sizes might need looking at again and I also don't feel so in control at the moment with SF. I'll still be here though girls :) xxx
 
Sounds like a plan Mets! If I start to go off track again I plan to follow the easy week menu plans they gave us at meetings, you can get them online too. I think jiggling things about helps sometimes, keeps you on your toes! X
 
Yeah I was reading the 7 day plan earlier actually. I think this week (starting Thurs) will be a bit all over the place as I'm visiting friends Saturday, then Thai dinner and drinks Saturday night. Sunday I've got an engagement party in the evening and in anticipation of too much alcohol, I've booked my hangover on Monday! ;-) BUT I'm going to plan, plan, plan and stick to it as much as I can. I'll post my diaries up here.

The shake up is exactly what I need I think Becks. You know how all over the place I've been since the new year and I'm still no further forward really. I live SF but I think I need to start from scratch again x x x
 
I think you sound like you know what you're doing and if you are anything like me you need to try something new to get your enthusiasm back.
You'll get there hon and as we all know, planning is key! Xx
