good morning lovely ladies
i lost 1lb so happy as it has been about 5 weeks since a loss :)
doing a red week again this week i think it is helping
i had a good dinner last night as well :)

friday 2nd march red day (1 YEAR TILL I GO BACK TO FLORIDA YEY)
breakie - muller light vanilla with dark sprinkled chocolate
lunch - quorn chicken pieces with chinese 5 spice and broccali
snacks - gherkins, picked onions, ham, tomatoes and cucumber, 2 x alphen light bars (hxb)
dinner - pasta (whole grain hxb) chicken and bacon not sure what else as i am being cooked for by a friend.
250ml semi skinned milk (hxa) 6 - 8 glasses of water 2 x green tea

gonna do day 2 level 1 of 30 day shred tonight :0

good morning
weekend was 70% good and 30% bad so not to bad
monday 5th march red day
breakie - mint muller light
lunch - left over home made kfc chicken with baked beans (hxb)
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) pineapple
drinks - 375ml skimmed milk (for teas) 6 - 8 glasses of water 2 - 3 green teas.
dinner - slimming world chicken korma (not sure what with yet thou)
 
tuesday 6th march

breakie - muller light yogurt
lunch - mixed salad with tomoates and cucumber, bacon and aspargus with tesco light choice caser salad dressing (1 syn)
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) pineapple
375ml skimmed milk (hxa) 6 - 8 glasses of water 2 - 3 green tea
dinner - 2 x quorn sausages (2 syns) smash (2.5 syns) garden peas (hxb)

planning to do day 3 of the shred tonight :0
