good morning lovely ladies
i lost 1lb so happy as it has been about 5 weeks since a loss
doing a red week again this week i think it is helping
i had a good dinner last night as well
friday 2nd march red day (1 YEAR TILL I GO BACK TO FLORIDA YEY)
breakie - muller light vanilla with dark sprinkled chocolate
lunch - quorn chicken pieces with chinese 5 spice and broccali
snacks - gherkins, picked onions, ham, tomatoes and cucumber, 2 x alphen light bars (hxb)
dinner - pasta (whole grain hxb) chicken and bacon not sure what else as i am being cooked for by a friend.
250ml semi skinned milk (hxa) 6 - 8 glasses of water 2 x green tea
gonna do day 2 level 1 of 30 day shred tonight :0
