weigh in today :s only 10 hours to go
i am expecting a gain but hey ho i might be suprised.
i have been good but also been bad at the same time so it might cancel it self out, who knows.

tonight i am writing a shopping list and we will be doing a red week to see if it gives me the boost i need

Spooooooooooooooooky I'm up in Scotland in Glasgow. Good luck for WI, I'm thinking of changing mine since I weigh in at home on a Monday morning but I usually consume most of my syns at weekend so another day would probably be better! x
