good moring all
well after two weeks off the plan i put on 2.5 lbs i expected about 6 so i am one happy lady. my plan this week is to lose that
must exercise exercise exercise lol
friday 23rd march ee day
breakie - vanilla muller light
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 250ml semi skinned milk (hxa) pineapple
lunch - pasta with bacon and tuna and a little bit of garlic and herb philli
dinner - not sure yet maybe bbq depending on weather
i could do with lots of support this week :0
