new year, new start, new me :0

good moring all
well after two weeks off the plan i put on 2.5 lbs i expected about 6 so i am one happy lady. my plan this week is to lose that :)
must exercise exercise exercise lol

friday 23rd march ee day
breakie - vanilla muller light
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 250ml semi skinned milk (hxa) pineapple
lunch - pasta with bacon and tuna and a little bit of garlic and herb philli
dinner - not sure yet maybe bbq depending on weather

i could do with lots of support this week :0

afternoon girls

well the weekend was good but also bad
i was good yesterday apart from some chips
tuesday 27th march red day

breakie - muller light
lunch - mixed salad with beef quorn strips and a little bit of light choice caser salad dressing.
snacks - pineapple, 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 250ml semi skinned milk (hxa)
dinner - not sure either salmon fillet with broccali and new poatoes or pork chops with bean spouts

well for dinner last night i had loin pork chops, gardens peas (hxb) and broccali

wednesday 28th march red day
breakie - muller light
lunch - mixed salad with gherkins, tomatoes, cucumber, ham and light choice caser salad (not sure on syns)
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 375ml skimmed milk (hxa)
dinner - chicken breasts with bacon wrapped round with cheese in the middle (hxa) with new potatoes with skins (hxb) and broccali or cauliflower.

today going to be hard some of the girls and engineers are having kfc for lunch my fav fast food :(

Can you not have a little something from there and flexi syn it so you don't miss out or go mad? Xx
 
Yeh if you've had almost no syns today you should be able to have something from KFC and still be within syns! X

they didnt have kfc but i did treat my self to a lil bag of crisps in the afternoon.
for dinner we had a bbq not sure on syns opps

not sure what will happen on weigh in but get my food delivered tonight and i am gonna start planning my food for the week.

morning everyone
well half a pound on last night, i must get back on track
i have a plan, lets hope i can stick to it

my next weigh in is tuesday :S as they cant get the hall on the thursday so my plan is to be good all weekend, do some exercise and after this weigh in my plan is then to do red days and every other day go for a bike ride maybe about 45 mins and the other days do zumba. also the oh is joining again tuesday so it will make it easier.

friday 30th march red day

breakie - muller light
lunch - scrambled egg with salmon, tomoates and cucumber
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 375ml skimmed milk (hxa)

i now have a selection of teas at work, green tea, peppermint, earl grey and pg tips.
another thing i have started to do if have one whole lemon worth of lemon juice in water

i will shift this weight and get to goal...
