monday ee day 2nd april
breakie - muller light
lunch - mixed salad with salmon
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 375ml skimmed milk (hxa) apple
dinner - peppers stuffed with mixed taco beans with aspargus on the side.

Hi good luck for wi (bb65 here - new profile)
i found a recipe for 0.5 syn cupcakes on here and they were like little profiteroles, were reaaly good. I know its not a cake but could make a nice desert.

morning all

well i am such a happy bunny in four day i have 2.5 lbs this now leaves me to 1pound away from 2 stone and 1 stone 8lbs away from target :)

wednesday ee day

breakie - galia melon
lunch - mixed salad with ham
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 375ml skimmed milk (hxa)
dinner - stuffed peppers (still not had them yet lol)


i have an extra 2 days in this week now and i am really hoping i can stay on track over the long weekend and lose this pound this week :)

thank you everyone i defo couldnt do this without everyones help
i also have loads of food pictures to upload when i get a chance :)
