i have an extra 2 days in this week now and i am really hoping i can stay on track over the long weekend and lose this pound this week :)

i also have loads of food pictures to upload when i get a chance :)

breakie - melon galia
lunch - left over from last night pepper stuffed with mixed taco beans , rice with cooked pineapple (syns?)
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) apple 375ml skimmed milk (hxa)
dinner - not sure it going to ne something a lil naughty but not sure what yet

well what a lovely weekend i have been rather bad but i am back on it today i did lots of walking at the weekend as well.
hope you all had a lovely weekend as well.

tuesday ee day
breakie - galia melon
lunch - chicken breast wrapped in bacon with phili inside (syns? not sure only about 1 table spoon inside) and mixed sald
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 375ml skimmed milk (hxa)
dinner - quorn chicken pieces in tortilla wraps x 2 (think 16 syns)


gonna try n do exercise tonight and tomorrow night to cancel out the bad food :)

dinner - chicken breast with something
snacks - apple, 6 finn crisp (hxb) 375ml skimmed milk (hxa)

not to sure what is going to happen at weigh in but fingers crossed it might be a loss :)

good moring lovely ladies
i sts this week i am very happy with this as was pretty bad.
i will be good this week and get that pound but then i am away the weekend so hopefully i will be good.
i treated myself to pork and apple sausages last night they were lovely very yummy :)

friday 13th april (ee day) SPOOKY DAY :)

lunch - mixed salad with ham, chicken coated in lemon juice and herbs.
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 375ml skimmed milk (hxa) an apple
dinner - chicken breasts not sure what thou its the other halfs turn to cook
