the weekend wasnt to bad the only bag thing i had was some french stick, a kebab and a bbq
monday ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - cheese and broccali pasta in sauce(syns not sure if free)
snacks - ryvita mini (hxb) 2 dashes of milk - few syns cheese(hxa)
dinner - quorn chicken dippers (syns?) backed beans, new potatoes
currently under going treatment for me teeth so there are only certain thing i can eat and drink at the moment finding it very hard.
my knee is slowly getting better

tuesday ee day

lunch - tuna with black pepper and cucumber in a tortilla wrap (7 0r 8 syns)
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) few dashs of milk (syns) light cheese (hxa)
dinner - quorn swedish meat balls (love these) with wholemeal pasta and cheese on top
