new year, new start, new me :0

morning
well yesterday was ok i just seem to of lost track i know after my week away of eating loads of bad stuff i will get back on track properly at the moment i just cant seem to be 100% good

tuesdsay 22nd ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - pasta in sauce with bacon
dinner - salmon fillet with broccali and mash
snacks - ryvita mini hxb milk hxa

even thou i am not doing great i will stay coming on here for the help :)

well i think i will stay with sw as the bf is gonna join back up and that will help me alot more.

lunch - not sure yet
dinner - gammon with pineapple and peas and mash
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) 275ml semi sknned milk


had salmon last night it was delish :)

good morning

well last night i had a strange dinner but was very nice. i had quorn chicken dippers in a tortila wrap :)

weigh in tonight not to sure what to expect and then its two weeks until my next weigh in. going to nandos after weigh in tonight yummy :)

thursday ee day
breakie - muller milk shake
lunch - pasta in sauce with added pepperoni
dinner - nandos yummys
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) milk (hxa)
 
Just do like me babe... If you gain just roll with the punches and try again next week... You must remember that what we are doing is long term change and we will slip from time to time, just don't give in...xx

well a very good report i lost half a pound i was so happy i couldnt belive my eyes
this week i am not weighing in as go away thursday morning
but i will be as good as i can be before i go away
