make a delish dinner last night will defo be making it agan. how many syns does pepperoni have

wednesday 16th ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - pasta with tuna
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) syns few dashes of milk (hxa) cheese
dinner - not sure think it might be bad as we have a friend staying with us from london tonight

lunch - pasta in sauce chicken and mushroom with added pepporini (yummy)
dinner - not sure other half is cooking
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb)

scale day today not to sure what is gonna happen just have to wait and see

well i gained 2 pound this week, i dont mind i havent been great to be honest.

gotta get back on it before i go away for 5 days and put loads on.

friday 18th ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - cheese and broccali pasta in sauce free i think
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) few syns for milk cheese (hxa)
dinner - chicken breasts with something

gonna try my best to be good this week and try and do some exercise.

thank you for the weekend check ins, dont seem to manage to get on much at weekend sorry.

well the weekend wasnt to bad to be honest apart from some home made cake and some fish and chip shop chips.
this week is my last weigh in before i go away to amsterdam which i know when i come back from there i will defo of gained

monday ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - pasta in sauce chicken and mushroom with added bacon (no syns i think)
snacks - hxa - milk hxb - ryvita minis
dinner - cant quite decide either gammon or pork chops

i think i am kinda on the ball again but not being as strict as i need to be but i know after my holiday i will get back on it big time as then i need to be skinny intime for my florida holiday
