morning girls

to make a muller light milkshake you just add some milk to your muller light and whizz it up and there you have a mullerlight milkshake :)

well the weekend was good but food wise it was bad opps
new start after the weekend

monday 9th ee day
breakie - 2 x slices wholemeal bread (syns) with cheese (syns)
lunch - 6 x ryvita wholemeal cracker breads (hxb) with philli (syns)
dinner - salmon fillets on a bed of rice
snacks - 350ml skimmed milk (hxa) apple, kiwi, plum

i have had a croaky throat since last monday and i think it might now be time to see the doctor as i cant get rid of it and it feels funny in my throat :(
 
Morning babe... Yep it sounds like you need to go see the doctor with that throat... In the meantime try cutting an onion in half putting it on a saucer of sugar and leaving it overnight... In the morning drain off the juice and drink it... Sounds worse than it tastes, and it works, trust me...xx

well last night i had a lovely dinner, i also dyed my hair a bright pink redish colour :)
think i am gonna go doctors tonight

lunch - mcain microwave potatoe (1 syn) with meat balls (syns?) with extra light cheeese (syns)
dinner - pork or gammon with veg
snacks - an apple, a kiwi (forgot my ryvita minis :() 350ml skimmed milk (hxa)

expecting a gain this week

weigh in i am guessing a gain and must get back on it properly i need to lose another stone and 10 pounds and i want to lose this before march next year so i really need to crack on it with

dinner - quorn steak strips in torilla wraps x 2 (16 syns)

march next year i get to go to the lovely florida again :)

i dont think i will have a loss this week but i am gonna crack on with this and lose the reset of this weigh and i will start body magic again

well i was very naughty last night and i skipped group, i knew i had put on and i couldnt face getting on them scales
very naughty i know i can hear you telling me off :)
back to being 100 percent today and going back to group next week

friday ee day

lunch - mcains jacket potatoe (1 syn) chicken and garlic and herb phili (syns?)
dinner - pasta with bbq chicken and chunky chips
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) an apple and kiwi 350ml skimmed milk (hxa)
 
Never mind Chick you will go back next week and lose, which will give you all the boost you need to refocus...xx
