morning girls
well i had a bad weekend food wise but i did do lots of walking yesterday
back to 100 percent today
monday ee day
breakie - melon
lunch - uncle bens tomatoe and basil rice (4 syns) with added sweetcorn
dinner - quorn sticky fillets with home made potaote square and petis prois
snacks - an apple, kiwi, 250ml semi skimmed milk ryvita minis (hxb)
