morning girls

well i had a bad weekend food wise but i did do lots of walking yesterday
back to 100 percent today

monday ee day
breakie - melon
lunch - uncle bens tomatoe and basil rice (4 syns) with added sweetcorn
dinner - quorn sticky fillets with home made potaote square and petis prois
snacks - an apple, kiwi, 250ml semi skimmed milk ryvita minis (hxb)
 
Hiya Lolly... Thanks for popping by on my thread... Had an ok weekend but didn't eat much yesterday as we had a weekend mini festival on at the pub... Three days of metal bands, which was great, but made it nigh on impossible to find time to eat as they started as soon as we opened yesterday... I hope it doesn't affect my loss too much, as it tends to have that affect on me when I eat too little... I hope you get a good start to the week... Catch you later...xx

tuesday 17th ee day

lunch - chicken and mushroom pasta in sauce with added bacon and sweetcorn
dinner - pork or gammon with rice and peas
snacks - apple, kiwi, ryvita mini (hxb) 250ml semi skimmed milk (hxa)

breakie - melon
lunch - chicken and mushroom pasta in sauce with added bacon and sweetcorn
dinner - quorn in torilla wrap with cheese (syns for wrap and cheese)
snacks - an apple, kiwi, ryvita minis (hxb) 250ml semi skimmed milk (hxa)


cant believe its weigh in tomorrow. i am expecting a gain

You always do and most times you lose or sts... Keep the faith and just do the best you can, your food has not looked that bad for the main part...xx

well 2 pound on that is over 2 weeks so say 1 pound on a week
i dont mind that

friday ee day
breakie - muller light yogurt
lunch - going to waitrose but will make a good choice
dinner - chicken in torilla wraps (16 syns) with cheese (hxa)
snacks - apple, ryvita minis (hxb) few dashes of milk so will syn that

i am planning to be 100 percent this week and not have to many syns and to also do some exercise
but i will make sure i come on here and keep you all up to date

well i had a pretty good weekend for me, no fast food apart from a krushams and a icecream from kfc

monday ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - mcain jacket potatoe (1 syn) with bacon, red onion and 1 slice of low low cheese (hxa)
dinner - extra lean beef mince with pasta and mushrooms
snacks - apple, kiwi, ryvita minis (hxb) few dashes of milk so will syn these as having cheese as my a choice today

depending how i feel when i get home tonight as didnt sleep well last night i might go for a cycle but no promises...

dinner - pork or gammon with new potateos, carrots and peas
snacks - ryvita minis (hxb) apple, kiwi cant decide what hxa to have yet

i am trying to eat more fruit and veg

Hiya Lolly... Been a busysadie this morning doing lots of housework, so only just got time to pop on... Try hiding the biscuit tin... I find if I can't see em I don't want them... Have a nice day...xx

Try and keep busy, you can still relax but read or knit or something, I find I eat when I am bored, lonely or ny hands are idle... xz

breakie - half a muller light didnt like the flavour and was feeling ill
lunch - mushroom pasta in sauce with added pork chop, sweetcorn and onion
dinner - quorn chicken pieces and rice
snacks - ryvtia minis (hxb) 2 x apple kiwi

had a couple of cookies last night but i am not gonna worry about it
