new year, new start, new me :0

good morning
thank you hope your wi goes ok as well.
enjoyed swimming last night managed 10 lengths thats 4 more than last time :)
wednesday 15th ee day
dinner - quorn in a tortilla wrap ( 5 syns)

thursday 16th ee day
breakie - muller light vanilla with sprinkled dark chocolate
lunch - chicken quorn pieces with baked beans, pineapple with choc philli (4.5syns)
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb)hxa 250ml semi skinned milk 6 - 8 glasses of water

not sure what is gonna happen at weigh in but i have everything crossed its not a gain

lunch - chicken cooked in diet coke with baked beans, pineapple
snacks - 6 x finn crisp hxb 250ml semi skinned milk hxa 6 - 8 glasses of water

hey
the bf went out and brought more, tescos now stock them.
im a bit off and on the diet at the moment we need to food shopping but waiting for pay day. when we get paid going to have a week of red days to see how i get on.
i am still about but just going off the rails a bit :(

You will probably find as I did if you take a few days off it makes you refocus... It is no good doing any diet or life changing thing if your heart isn't in it...xx
