i sts this week i am so happy as was expecting a gain :)
this week i am gonna try my bestest to do zumba every day.
heres to a good week hopefully

friday 10th february ee day
breakie - muller light orange flavour with sprinkled chocolate
lunch - baked beans with chicken pieces of quorn
dinner - un decided
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 250ml semi skinned milk (hxa)

New curvy challenge for Easter if you're interested? I've gone for 8lbs as its an 8 week one and 1 lb a week is doable :) - well I hope so anyway!!!!

Mint Mullers Yummmmmmm - Sorry Lisa I found both them and the chocolate philly on Thurs. :rolleyes: I haven't tried the philly yet though. :eek: Think I must be going senile I haven't tried the choc philly yet :eek: :eek: :eek:

i have to admit the reason lisa couldnt get the mint muller yogurt is because i brought the last two from the shop :)
happy v day all :)

monday nights dinner was well erm healthy but bad so lets not talk about it

tuesday ee day
breakie - mint muller light yogurt
lunch - pasta, pork chop, mushroom with organo herbs
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) hxa - semi skinned milk 6 - 8 glasses of water 1 mug of green tea

well v day meal was pretty bad in syns but its only 1 day a year :)

wednesday 15th feb ee day
breakie - orange with sprinkled chocolate muller light yogurt
lunch - strawberries and pineapple with chocolate philli mini pot (4.5 syns)
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) hxa - 250ml semi skinned milk, 6 - 8 glasses of water
tonight i am going swimming for a few hours :)
