It says 30pp- so if you are on 26pp per day you would need to use a min of 28 weeklies per week to make it safe- interesting methinks

I sometimes find I don't even want a little pear for brekkie, think it's just too early to eat!

Thanks- in motivated because I've put so much weight on and clothes aren't fitting so well. If I haven't lost if will be due to inflammation- suffering this weather!
 
Hips bothering me- more of a background pain- more tiring than anything else- just hope my joints start behaving!!
