Simply filling day-

Breakfast- all bran and skimmed milk

Lunch- pasta and bacon - 2pp

Dinner- 2 ww petit pains, bacon medallions and 1 extra light cheese triangle.

Snack- strawberries and grapes and pears

Lunch- ham salad and 2 ww petit pains

Dinner- wholewheat pasta, bacon medallions and sauce (see recipe section) 2pp

Snack- fruit

I tracked today!!

Breakfast- fruit and OSS with skimmed milk - 4pp

Snack- apple

Lunch- ww tomato soup and three slices nimble- 6pp

Dinner- 1/2 large margarita pizza and 1 mini southern fried fillet - 17pp

Breakfast- low fat yogurt
OSS and skimmed milk

Lunch- left over spag Bol mix and either brown rice or ww petit pains

Lol- I ended up having the leftover with wholewheat pasta for dinner. 2 petit pains with chicken for lunch. I checked the points and it came to 27. They are similar plans just sf more healthy
 
My points were 26 and 25 on first 2 days, 30 yesterday and around 30 again today. That's not including weeklies. I think it all balances out on sf. Much healthier food intake though. X
 
I do mostly sf but did pp today and my belly actually was rumbling b4 tea whereas sf I never get that, def more filling

27pp used and NO weeklies- pretty unusual for a Friday night!

Had to eat more points (4) as when I entered my food into my fitness pal- 27 pp was only 1100 calories so don't want to go into starvation mode!
 
I am very sceptical of this 26 points lark. I know they've researched it all etc but I think it is hard to stick to without feeling hungry and I always thought it was meant to be that you didn't go hungry. Also if you've calculated 27 and it only adds up to that much, surely that's not right? X
 
Maybe I should go on the my fitness pal, how many Cals should we be eating b4 starvation?
