Thanks- nearly ruined today with a Chinese but hubby wouldn't let me :)

Breakfast- all bran and skimmed milk

Lunch- 1/3 of whole grain rice
Tuna
2 slices nimble bread and jam (3pp)

Dinner- 2 ww petit pains
2 Turkey breasts and one pepper
1 lollipop (1pp)

4pp/28pp weeklies used - wi on Thursday

I think I may have 4lbs off already :)
 
That's great stuff. I'm pointing and have found today really hard, I am gonna keep counting tomorrow but all my meals are sf so hopefully won't feel so hungry between meals.

The scales will say on but it's been three weeks since I weighed in- I know it's 4off since Sunday :) simply filling works!

Another good day. I was trying choc challenge but failed. Too much temptation right in my face! Alcohol too? You don't do things by halves girl! Good work! X
 
I'm off the alcohol for January. I've not set an actual date to finish but I've got no plans to go out for drinks in Jan and the next "event" is in Feb where I have an engagement party, so plan not to drink until then. I dont really eat choc either so that doesn't bother me. i prefer savoury foods!
 
Haha! I wouldn't! I can't have anything like nuts or crisps or things like that as I just eat the whole lot! I've got no self control.... Don't get me wrong, I get chocolate cravings . But I don't keep it in the house as I know I'd eat the whole damn lot if the craving hit me.

I wish I could have some self control! :D
 
Lol- that made me laugh - my husband was waving choc at me and I resisted! You can find him stuffed in a chiller in Asda!!
