If you aren't hungry then I'd skip dinner. But don't not have anything just because of the biscuits. You could make it a pp day maybe?

Thanks becks! I'm sore but just went for a brisk walk with a friend and dogs so feeling good. I didn't eat tonight due to not feeling hungry (phone the doc I must be ill!!! )
I'm prob on 26-29pp if tracking so that's ok- still want to consider it a sf day for some reason.
wouldn't worry too much about eating when feeling ill.
remember there are more weeks/days in front of you and it all works out in the end.
get better first, even small gains will go once you are on top of it all again.
hope you feel better soon and the pain eases.

Not on uk list but is on American list. I eat it and lose so I include it. I prefer it to wheat cereal and to be honest- it doesn't stay in your system for long
