That's good! I always count points alongside sf just to see approx how many points I'm eating. I think even if slightly over 29 (not brave enough to face 26 yet) it balances out because it's good, healthy food! X

That's what I do as well and as you said if its hitting the 29 mark then it's even better. I'm glad to be back on track!! How's your day? X

Good thanks! Deffo back on plan! Was disappointed I couldn't get to the gym but racked up 8 points on me pedometer anyhow ( a typical day is 4-5). Was on my feet a lot!
It feels good to eat proper healthy food again doesn't it? X

You're right it does!! I can't believe theres only a couple of days left in november but I'm looking forward to getting through Christmas. It's nearly a year since i started ww (again lol)

Same here! I started Jan after a brief stint at Slimming World which just didn't work for me. I'm a weight watcher through and through I think ( first started in 2001!).

Last Year I ate my way through The whole of December ( I also developed and addiction to galaxy hit choc with hazelnut baileys, topped with squirty cream and marshmallows! Oh dear). This year I feel so much more determined to try and stay on plan as far into December as possible. The real challenge will come in 2 weeks when the parents start sending in the tins of chocs and biscuits! I will need some major will power then! Do you have the same problem at your school at Xmas? Oh and what do you teach by the way? X

Lol- I love that post- my hubby really likes that recipe!

I teach secondary school English and a bit of Drama- love working with the kids but it can be tiring :/

I find it hard in December with tins of sweets appearing in the staffroom - this month I have three Christmas parties to go to plus a party which is wine - based to attend! That all starts on the 10th but like you I'd like to get through December without eating the whole time.

Two things keeping me going is the idea of reaching goal within or near the year mark of joining and the thought of hitting the Christmas sales and buying what fits! (I still have a dress that doesn't fit yet!)

Haha I bought a dress in sales 3 years ago that I can get in but shows a lot of bumps. I was around the same size when I bought it and each year I think oh I'll wear that this Xmas! Still not gonna happen this year!

I used to teach secondary English but I couldn't hack it so I know exactly how hard it is! I've ended up teaching kids with autism! I work in a small unit that opened 2 years ago attached to a secondary mainstream. We have a real mix of kids in there, love it and love then dearly but can be a very stressful job hence there is often choc or biscuits around! Same in most teaching staff rooms I'm guessing!

Oh the hot choc is amazing. I love a lush hot choc, options is ok but really doesn't cut it. I was eyeing up some green and blacks hot chocolate yesterday but I'm not letting myself buy it til dec 22nd! X

That's a very rewarding job! We have a unit attached to our school but I only get to see them for Drama.

I was in matalan last night and felt a little disheartened as the 12s were too tight or showing everything- trying to remember that I used to be a comfy 18 there. Wish shops would get their act together with sizing!

Breakfast today- all bran and skimmed milk

Snack- apple and blueberries

Lunch- steak from last night, mushrooms and 2 ww petit pains

Coffee

Dinner - tba

If pointing today I still have (26 as dailies) 12 left for tea.
But sf lol

I am currently doing an English degree hoping to teach either secondary english or primary teaching :)

I hate clothes sizes like today i fit into a size 10 jeans in new look but then i could go to topshop and a size 12 be snug :/ need to sort it out!

I'm reading posts by people my weight but a size smaller :( grrr at my stupid body lol

Where are you studying star kissed?x

University of ulster..applying for stran to do primary next year :) if I don't get in plan is to apply across the water for 2013 and get as much experience as I can on my year out!

X
