Morning All - time to knuckle back down and drop the carbs again, actually got out of my pit early and made us salad for lunch and I had scrambled egg and mozzarella for brekkie - I love that, all stringy and gooey

Afternoon All
Very very late night last night, got home from rehearsal at five past 12, got myself a scotch and water and put my headphones on for some chilling tunes........next thing I knew it was 1:30 - so had just over 5 hours sleep last night, am knackered!!! Band are learning some new (to them) songs and I love hearing them take shape from shaky beginnings to full on performance mode, and it really does not bother me hearing the same song 4 or 5 times during the night. Mad or dedicated - you decide lol.
