Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Going to just list my food for today as it had a few added extras... ended up taking paracetamol for my head but didn't really help much.

Breakfast: after blood taken: Options, fruit & yogurt
Snack: hula hoops
Lunch: 1/4 piece lentil bake, small salad, fat free dressing, Hula hoops
Snack: Options, 2 (free from) biscuits (Joseph ate the last shortbread biscuit!) 3 small bars choc!! (I was actually hungry, think I missed my carbs at lunch)
Supper: minis, greengages, grapes.
 
Scales up 1/4lb... another day of not counting syns...went out for the day to another town.

Breakfast: Options, chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt
Snack: hula hoops
Lunch: plate of veggies at carvery, including yorkshire, stuffing and veggie gravy. NO dessert because....
Snack: Magnum, 2 biscuits, Options, Frys choc bar.
Supper....nil.

Hope to be more or less back on plan tomorrow...it's my son's 40th birthday party, not expecting to eat anything drastic from the buffet table.

I had them prescribed in Spain but have been buying them OTC here but a little concerned about the quality.

Scales up another 2lbs this morning = 2 3/4lb since weigh in...better watch that...well tomorrow, haven't started very well so far today!

Breakfast: Options, chopped banana, grapes, apples with Alpro plain yogurt.
Snack: 3 biscuits...
Lunch: 1/8 piece lentil bake, small jacket potato, runner beans, carrots.
Snack: Options, chocolate
Supper: minis, grapes.

At the party: slice cheese & onion quiche, lettuce, little coleslaw, small piece birthday cake. 2 bottles Fentiman's ginger beer (no alcohol.)

Yesterday I finished off the box of triple choc biscuits and had a Fry's choc cream. Didn't do too bad food wise last night at party. Scales up to 10.5 1/4lb so time for me to get back on plan 100%...or I'll be struggling come weigh in day!!

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, grapes & apple with Alpro plain yogurt (HexA)
Lunch: soya chicken style pieces, rice, saute peppers, onions, zucchini, with 1/4 jar Cantonese sauce (4.5)
Snack: Options (2) chocolate (7)
Supper: salad, 1/8 piece lentil bake (HexA) fat free dressing, 1 dsp sunflower seeds (HexB)

Total syns: 15.5

I'm really enjoying the soya chicken style pieces...I was loathe to try that sort of thing because of tofu, I just don't like that at all; I think it's the texture?

Been a good day's eating, stayed on plan!

Slept quite well last night...
Scales were 2lbs down this morning so thankfully shifted that 'bloat.'
Looking for another day on plan although I sometimes get tempted on the day I collect the twins from school and am getting their tea! Shall try and be strong...

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, apple, grapes with Alpro plain yogurt HexA.
Lunch: jacket potato, 2 sausages, baked beans
Snack: Options (2) small chocolate bar (7)
Supper: mixed salad, feta HexA, seeds HexB, fat free dressing, Mini's sweet chilli HexB.

Total syns: 11

Another day 100% on plan...:p

Well because our house in Spain still isn't sold we're renting this house. Thankfully the landlord is a property company and is very good about maintenance...I rang her straight away.
For now I'll be using the grill and combi in the microwave, I do have a cookpan too and of course I can make a stirfry etc. The hob is gas.
 
I turned the oven on just now and it is heating so not sure what's up...technician just rang, coming later this afternoon.

Slept really well last night...scales down 1lb...10.2 1/4...have to watch it now or I'll be wearing the extra clothes tomorrow!!

Lunch: jacket potato, 34g soya cheese - HexA, baked bean.
Snack: Options (2) dark orange & cranberry choc bar 50g, (impulse buy!!) 11 syns?
Supper: mixed salad, 1/2 can tuna (part HexB) fat free dressing. Minis HexB

Total syns: 15 (could be more?)
