No wouldn't need to weigh with any extras!!
The scales said...10.2 1/2lb, so up 1/2lb. I'm perfectly OK with that because I know what I weigh at home.

Went off to Asda after group to get some free from sausages & chicken etc....and got a bag of maltersers! Probably won't be back on plan proper until Saturday. I have my newphew's wedding reception on Friday evening. Another buffet I expect so I'll probably be OK because there won't be much I can safely eat.

Breakfast: Options,
 
Breakfast: at group: Options, chopped fruit & yogurt
Snack: bag maltesers (yum!)
Lunch: 1 red pepper & chickpea Brazilian grill, (it comes with a sachet of sauce for the 2 grills in the box but I skipped that) SW wedges, peas, drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
Snack: Options, 2 shortbread biscuits.
Supper: minis, plums & grapes.

Glad to report I didn't starve during the night...far from it, scales up 2lbs! Oh well...yesterday was a good eating day and today is another day!

I know it's all vanity but I really want to look my best for the wedding reception tomorrow evening. My two sisters can be "hypercritical" between them...if you know what I mean? Suffice to say, today will be a 100% plan day and not 'plannish' as Lynne (Ginlin) so aptly calls it. I do like that term!
 
Hope the antihistamine has helped... I take them morning & night to control my main allergy.

Not so sure about looking brilliant. I had it all mapped out what I was going to wear but yesterday I saw a top I really liked but didn't buy it. And you know how you wished you had; especially when there was only 1 size 10, 2 size 14's, and some 16+ sizes on the rack! I even looked online last night but couldn't see the top so decided to go back this morning and buy! Well...overnight they'd shifted the stock around and I couldn't find them...panic!! well sort of! Finally I found them, shoved behind some others. They were high up so it was hard to see the sizes but I could see the size 10 wasn't there. I'd usually go for a 12 but just lately some 10's have been alright. OK...sorry this is a saga!! lol. So decided to try on the size 14, I knew it would swim on me and it did...awful !! I left the top on the rack in the changing room and thought, oh well, that's it. But then I went back to have another look. There behind some others, sort of half hanging off the hanger...was the size 10!! I quickly hauled my clothes off again and tried it on!! Bought it!! Now, question is...will I wear it? lol.
 
Today's food...
Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt - HexA
Lunch @ 3.30! jacket potato, 2 sausages, saute green & red peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas with passata. (love that mixture of veggies with tomatoes)
Snack: Options (2) went to HFS and bought another bar organic choc with orange & cranberries so nice! 50g so double my usual size bar. (13 1/2 syns)
Supper: mixed salad, feta cheese - HexA, fat free dressing, Minis HexB.

Total syns: 17 1/2.
