Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Sorry I meant 12 or 13 syns not 23 !!!

Glad it was roughly what you thought

haha...I thought you meant I was being conservative in my guessing!! Anyway pushed me to check, so now I know next time I go in the shop! lol.

Just tried the top on (royal blue) with the navy skirt and it does look very nice. I also have a fairly new cardigan which is a similar mixture of blues, a style I've never had before but love. It was a present for our anniversary back at the beginning of July.
The other option is a rather bright pink top with a cardigan (in one, never had one before) but I feel the top is a bit low so would have to lift the shoulders...then not sure if the cardigan would hang right. Maybe I'll mess around with it tomorrow morning as my dentist appointment has been cancelled...sicky bug going through the surgery!! Then I have the doctors for my blood test results at 3pm...

Oh OK thanks, will ask for one...

Slept so well last night, in fact until 9.20! Just as well the dental appointment was cancelled!

Scales down 3/4lb, had hoped for a little more but...
Tried on my choices for tonight and according to Joseph, it's the royal blue top! So glad I bought that yesterday!!

Don't think I'll count syns today

Breakfast: Options, chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt.
Lunch: chicken-style pieces, saute veggies & canned tomatoes, homemade savour rice. (Made Joseph a chicken paella, as we said, one of the good things about having lived in Spain, I can make a decent paella!)
Snack: Options, shortbread biscuit, 2 small choc bars (feeling a bit stressed about tonight, my sisters!)

The positive thing is I like Dr Patel.
As predicted...cholesterol was 7.2. I asked him about the break down...
HDL was a little low, Triglycerides Perfect! LDL Perfect!

Thyroid is out of sync and could be affecting the cholesterol? so that's been upped 25mg for 3 months.
He also said it could cause my metabolism to be sluggish and cause constipation...told him about the Senokot. He didn't freak so that was alright.

Supper (before we went) minis, Alpro dessert, grapes.
Reception: small piece choc wedding cake (yum!) couple 1/4 sandwiches, few nachos, cracker (no knife for cheese so didn't have that) 2 small bottles sugar free lemonade.
Home...cup Options, hula hoops.

The evening was very nice...amazing my family mostly live in the same town and yet we never get together.
How were my sisters? Well 'mum of the groom' was lovely and happy about everything. My younger sister...she'd been with the wedding party all day so had been drinking wine. As soon as she spotted me she said (loudly) "Oh look at Janet in her 'heels', are they your dancing shoes?" In hindsight thinking about her and her demeanor I think she's not a very happy lady with her life. She hardly seemed to smile at all...Anyway her aside, we enjoyed ourselves. My daughter looked lovely, she's lost about 2 stone now. Proud to say me and SW have inspired her to lose some weight too.

Scales back up 3/4lb so fine with that.
