Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt (HexA) 6 halves walnuts (HexB) maybe help with my cholesterol?
Lunch: 1/8 piece lentil bake (part HexA) roasted potatoes & parsnips, steamed cabbage, broccoli, runner beans & swede, small amount vegetarian gravy (1/2?)
Snack: Options (2) small bar chocolate (7)
Supper: ?

I love having a freezer stocked with go to SW stuff

Yes I've still got 2 x 1/8 pieces in there... But apart from what I buy already made I don't tend to freeze things. Mostly cook & eat... Need to get some fresh inspiration for meals though...

I usually have

Pre baked potatoes these hear up really well in the microwave
Mushroom and onion egg muffins
Cauliflower broccoli mushroom and onion pasta quiche
Lentil bake
Sometimes curry loaf
Various soups

So that way I can grab and go for work lunches and I just need to buy salad stuff

Although sometimes I fancy other stuff but they tend to be my stand bys at the bare minimum.

We do have 2 freezers though so we have plenty of space
