Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

I thought that about silicon but they are safe up to 230c and they cool quickly.I use them all the time now. :)
I'm sure you could both be right but somehow I have this thing about people getting sicker all the time and I'm sure it's down to food and 'other' factors....
I'm referring to Alzheimer's, motor neurone disease, cancers and the like...

I suppose none of us really have any clue what influence outside factors have on our everyday health.

It is all very scary

No hula hoops yet! Just cooking a veggie frittata for my lunch, Joseph's doing a fish stirfry. We need sustenance after all the furniture moving this morning. We sometimes have problems working on projects together...both a bit head strong!! lol. And it takes him a while to come round to my way of placing everything! He did in the end!:D

Oh nice beans on toast...have been considering trying some sourdough bread to see if I can tolerate that...what do you think? It's supposed to be more tolerable because it has less gluten. I think it was Cavegirl that posted some info about it on another thread. Anyway I said I'd give it a try...have to buy it from a small, less commercial bakery. I know one in the Old Town here.

Yes I definitely don't do yeast....candida started when I went on the pill back in 1970. Eating oranges & some antibiotics trigger it too. Never thought about the bread connection. Having said that I haven't been a regular bread eater for a long time so have been free from it for a long time. Wonder if it's in the sourdough bread?

Had a whiz around with Mr Google and think if I try anything it will be this:
Brown Soda Bread | Doves Farm
I'm quite an accomplished breadmaker and this looks extra simple.

Today's eating....not brilliant!
Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, apple, grapes and last of our own strawberries with Alpro plain yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: Veggie Frittata: potatoes, zucchini, onions, peppers, mushrooms & carrots with 3 eggs, soya cheese (HexA)
Snack: Options (2) chocolate...don't ask...3 small bars (21) Hula Hoops! (6 1/2)
Supper: rest of frittata, drizzle of extra light mayo (1/2) minis (HexB)

Total syns: 32...:(

Let's hope the energy expended this morning helps! No, I doubt it either!!! :p

Thanks but I think that lot was a bit more than 'extra'...!! never mind.

I always made spelt bread for Joseph in Spain, not because he has a problem with wheat, he just doesn't like eating GM wheat. Back here there is more variety for him to choose from and I haven't made any for a while. I do make him buckwheat pancakes for breakfast sometimes. No good for bread of course! I once used it instead of spelt; they're in similar storage boxes...what a disaster!!

Scales down 1/2lb...again, been up and down with this 1/2lb for a few days it seems! But I need to have another shift down for weigh in tomorrow, so lean eating today!

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, grapes & apple with Alpro plain yogurt HexA, 6 walnuts HexB
Lunch: jacket potato, feta HexA, mixed salad, fat free dressing.
Snack: Options (2) 2 squares Lidl choc (7)
Supper: minis, grapes, pear.

Total syns 11
