Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

1.5lbs on for me which was not a huge surprise

Hope you do okay tomorrow

Thanks Jaffa... I'm having to give myself a bit of a talking to about my eating habits. I keep eating things that I know don't agree with me and actually have adverse effects...need to stop that! Today was a classic example. Came home from group and wanted to demolish a world of food!! Thankfully not too many things to choose from here...some choc digestives and choc mini rolls but I didn't cave because I was thinking they are wheat! Settled for a bag hula hoops. Same when I came back from caring for the twins this afternoon...decided it was better to have an early supper. So all in all I need to particularly keep off the wheat and milk chocolate. They are both 'triggers' for me to go mad!!

Breakfast: (at group) Options (2) fruit & yogurt - HexA, 6 walnuts - HexB
Snack: Hula hoops (6 1/2)
Lunch: 2 sausages, SW chips, baked beans
Snack: Options (2) 2 squares chocolate (7)
Supper: mixed salad, mayo (1/2) soya cheese - HexA, minis - HexB.

Total syns: 18 (not bad for a Wednesday!!)

Well the day on plan yesterday saw the scale down another 1/2lb today...

I tried making the gluten free brown soda bread...utter disaster. My take on it was that I should have baked it at 220 not 200 and it needed far more liquid than the 450ml. I used soya milk so maybe that made a difference? It definitely wasn't a sticky dough. Oh well...to the bino it went. But I will have another try...

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: soya chicken pieces saute with veggies & passata with some leftover homemade savoury rice (?)
Snack: Options (2) two squares dark choc (7)
Later before I went out: bag lightly salted kettle crisps (6 1/2)
Supper: minis (HexB) plums, grapes

Total syns: 17 1/2 syns

Scales down a little again this morning...shall have to watch it or I'll be wearing a heavy coat for the next weigh in!!

Went to dentist this morning in the nearby town of Battle. Walked around afterwards and Joseph bought 4 chocolates...the individual ones displayed in the glass cases!! I did choose my two wisely and made sure they were dark chocolates.

My eldest grandson is 17 today so going to see him later this afternoon, doubt I shall have any cake though.

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Snack: 2 dark chocs (?)
Lunch: 1/8 lentil bake (part HexA cheese) steamed cauli, carrots, green beans & peas, vegetarian gravy (1/2)
Snack: Options (2) 2 squares choc (7)
Supper: mixed salad, soya cheese (part HexA) fat free dressing, minis (HexB)

Total syns: 11 1/2 + small chocs.
