Me feeling very good in my size 14s!
Off out for my mothers day meal :)
 
Today's food is as follows...

SUNDAY - RED

BREAKFAST
2 x Weetabix (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA).

DINNER - OUT AT BEEFEATER!
Melon, Steak with Salad, Choc Brownie with Ice Cream(!) no idea of Syns but was a lovely family meal so not too bothered!

TEA
WM Pitta (HEXB) with cheese (HEXA) and ham
Velvet Crunch (4 Syns)
Mullerlight.

Straight back on track tomorrow!

Seriously gutted I ate those cookies - stupid OH not supporting me and offering me them when he knows I'm struggling! Had one of those days where all I want to do is eat eat eat :-(
Already convinced I'm going to gain this week due to the shred and now even more so!
Anyway here's today's food before the cookie incident

MONDAY - RED

BREAKFAST
All Bran (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA) and banana.

DINNER
6 x Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbread (HEXB) with laughing cow light (HEXA) and ham
Mullerlight
Apple.

TEA
Chicken Tikka with Salad
Quark with Options (2 Syns).

SNACKS
Time out (4 Syns)
Mini Oreos (6 Syns)
Mini Malteaser bunny (3 Syns)

Total - 15 Syns

Cookies were 6.5 Syns each so 19.5 :-( *cry* so stupid!!!!! Off to bed before I eat anything else! Very peed off with myself!
 
Kicked myself up the backside this morning! Lots of water and minimal Syns until Thursday WI!!!
I will have that 2 stone in time for my birthday!
 
Right managed to have a Syn free day after yesterday's fiasco! More of the same tomorrow and with a bit of luck I might have managed to pull it back *fingers crossed*

TUESDAY - RED

BREAKFAST
Bacon, poached egg and tomato.
Banana and fibre plus bar (HEXB).

DINNER
BNS Soup with 3 x Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbread (1/2 HEXB) and laughing cow light (HEXA).

TEA
Bolognese
Mullerlight.

SNACKS
Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB).

So as long as I can make it to bed time without stuffing any Syns in that's a total of 0 Syns for today - hopefully making up for yesterday!

Leftover Bolognese.

Fibre plus bar (HEXB)
Banana.

Time Out (4 Syns)

Total - 4 Syns.

DREADING WI in the morning :/
 
STS this morning! Better than the gain I was expecting tho so I can live with it just kicked myself up the backside this morning to get motivated for this next week. Now got 3 weeks to lose 4lb so no pressure lol! Going to have a couple of green days as felt bored and hungry on my last few red days and that's been making me crave naughtiness! Still sticking with the shred as well as can deffo feel myself toning up even tho the scales haven't moved - onwards and downwards!

I've looked back at my food for the last 2days and I think I've done one red and one green without realising. But only had 1hexa&b on the green day as thought I was doing ee.

Day 1
Breakfast- yogurt and alpen light bar (hexb)
Lunch- alpen light bar, banana and fruit salad (would have had more but really busy day in work)(hexb)
Dinner- pasta, broccoli and sweet chilli Philly sauce (hexa)
2french fancies 10 syns

Day2-
Yogurt and alpen bar (3syns)
Lunch- jacket potato hexb beans hexb
Dinner-bacon and eggs
Carrot cake 5 syns
haven't had my hexa but probably have some mini baby bells later

Is this correct?

Yeah they look fine hun day 1 green day 2 red :)
