Following my Christmas do, I was v v v hungover and craving crap!!! Basically was off plan all weekend. Not happy with myself, but lost all will power and self control!!! Anyway, new day, new week. Am going to strive to claw it back!!!

WI = -1lb!!! Woop, 10.05 after a few weeks sts!! So pleased, going to try and keep on track this week as best I can and see if I can loose another lb before Christmas!

Weekend was on planish had a Christmas meal with friends yesterday so had a few glasses of wine but food choices goodish!

Been I'll all week with sickness bug 20 of us went out for lunch and 16 have been sick!!! So wi today untrue figure 10.3.
 
So... Was on plan most of Christmas but since wed or thurs up until yesterday I was basically off plan. Not sure why but had a few days of thinking "sod it till 2nd" so I did but back on it today! Writing everything down back to billy basics. Didn't wi this sat took it as a holiday.
