Thanks! You are right, I want more!! I have come from 13stone, so set my target at 10.8 as that is what I was 2 years ago, am thinking of trying to get nearer to 10 so I can allow myself a bit of a buffer.
 
Sunday -

woke up early and had, Bran crunchies (b)

later had 2 slices ww bread (b) dry fried egg, 2 bacon rounds all fat removed, ketchup (2)

Lunch
Baked potato with beans and 1 quorn sauage (1) small side salad
2 finger kitkat (6)

Snack a jack curls (4.5)

Dinner
quorn mince, onion, tin tomatoes, mushroom, kidney beans, celery, carrot, curry poweder, herbs and rice
exl mayo (2)
mango chutney (1)
strawberries and muller light

Good for you. I'm the same, know I'm happy at 9.7 but going to 9.5 gives you that room for weekend antics :)

I have been trying to only have one Muller Light a day recently, I know they are free but seems that little 'tweaks' like that have been helping me of late, but we'll see.

This weeks WI on Saturday will be my last before NEW YORK!!!! And the WI after that will be certain gain, but if I can stay within the 10's and not sneak back into 11's I will be happy as intend to enjoy every single second we are over there!!

stood on the scales this morning and said 10.05!! Naughty of me as know tomorrow if I do it will say 10.12 or something then I will be really demotivated! Anyway, very excited as got 3 day week then I am off to New York for my birthday!!! Woop woop woop!!!

Well got back from New York to the very sad news that my Auntie had passed away, so had to fly to Belfast on Wednesday till Friday. So the past week have not been on plan but not been exactly off plan either - tried to make sensible choices were possible.

So pleased to say I WI at 10.6.6 so all the walking around New York and I guess the stress and sadness have aided my weight loss.

Today is 1st proper day back on plan, although yesterday I did stick to syns and plan.
