Thanks! You are right, I want more!! I have come from 13stone, so set my target at 10.8 as that is what I was 2 years ago, am thinking of trying to get nearer to 10 so I can allow myself a bit of a buffer.

I have been trying to only have one Muller Light a day recently, I know they are free but seems that little 'tweaks' like that have been helping me of late, but we'll see.
This weeks WI on Saturday will be my last before NEW YORK!!!! And the WI after that will be certain gain, but if I can stay within the 10's and not sneak back into 11's I will be happy as intend to enjoy every single second we are over there!!
