2012 Will be my target year!!!!

Decided to change my signature on here as was full!!

Little sad as I was proud seeing the past 43 weeks WI's mount up on my little thread but thought this week was a good time to do, new year etc...

Although March will my my year anniversary of SW!!! Am hoping to get to target by then, fingers crossed! x

Going to pizza express with my friend for belated Christmas meal!!! As she found out she was pregnant before Christmas and was quite poorly so we had to postpone, going to have a look at the menu now and plan what I am going to have.

Hiya - thanks for popping by!

Pizza Express was good went for salad but... I ate two of the bread sticks - epic fail!!

'Magic Porridge' - is just your HB of Porridge oats, mixed with either a muller light or natural fat free yoghurt left over night, in the morning the oats have swelled and gone soft - I admit sounds gross!!! But is really tasty and v filling, plus mean you can save you HA of milk for something else like cheese in the day. I sometime pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to take the chill off. x
 
Tuesday - I am following one of the days out of the Mirror booklet to the letter today! It is EE, only my second ever EE day!!!

Going to ASK with a friend this eve (another one who is preggers!!) have been on the website and picked;
1/2 brushetta, spaghetti with clams cooked in white wine I think and a side salad - this looked like the best option (syns for sauce tbc)

got in after meeting my friend and ate;
2 x bourbons (7), 15g bag cadbury buttons (5), 2 pieces of choc (4) = EPIC fail!!!!

So weekend was on plan till yesterday afternoon when I was mega stupid and had a total blow out beyond all recent proportions!!! Feel awful today because I ate;

Packet of Revels, Doubledecker, fruit pastills, about 10 nice biscuits, 3 bourbon biscuits along with a load of other CRAP!!! I was actualy sick I had eaten so much sh1t, but just couldn't seem to stop myself, all becasue I was having a stressy weekend because of work and anxious about comming it to work today - crazy.

So today, fresh start and trying to reclaw back all my hard work before WI!!

Tuesday - so trying out EE this week never really done it before but after my Sunday-Binge is making me really think about what I am eating, so hopefuly it is a good thing!!

Thanks Em! Well we shall see what the scales say...I think I was sick in the way that kids after a birthday party are, you know sooo full of gunk and sugar!! x
