just reading your diary how do you make slimming world trifle?

Hi there are a few recieps out there, but the way I did it was;

Make up the sugar free jelly sachet as per instructions, cover the bottom of a glass with frozen berries, place the sponge finger (1 syn) on top and cover with the jelly mix to about 2/3s full - you'll need to squash down the triffle sponge with a spoon till it absorbs the liquid, pop in fridge till set, then I topped with a mix of quark, far free fromage frais, sweetener and a few berries on top.

Tuesday 7th Feb

I think other than holiday this is the longest I have not updated on here - been feeling a bit crappy diet wise, sts for the past few weeks and expecting a gain this week which has just made me want to and give into eating toast, chocolate, crisps, biscuits and sabbotage everything I have been doing for almost a YEAR now - 1 whole year next month and I have never ever thought 100% 'sod it' like I have the past few days... not sure what to do, do I say to myself take it off plan, do what you want and come back again another day/week/month???

Just don't know, every day I plan free and sf food and take my lunch into work and have nice SW puddings ready to eat at home, but in between I am going to the shop and buying chocolate, crisps and sweets and over eating on all of them. Feel really pants and annoyed with myself and disapointed in myself and out of control... :(
