Fathers day treat, 25 mile bike ride after I made a top tasting and rather smug brekkie.

B. eggs from our hens and mushrooms from the garden in fry lite, grilled vine ripened toms, not home grown! 1 slice wm Danish ww toast,

L. Ryvita whole grain cracker bread, gherkins , dairy lea lite, sliced tomato hard boiled egg sliced

D roast lamb hex b amount , half a jacket spud, carrots, cauliflower , broccoli , peas, fathers day let count of syns, drank equator non alcohol beer no syns, had pudding too, thought it was earned after 25 miles, very nice strawberry flan .

Suzyflo, stop having a blonde moment ,(must be my photography) they are the mushrooms growing in the garden! Perfectly white and round, really tight fleshy mushrooms, before they burst open and turn into parasol mushrooms (full of tiny maggots and bugs..You have to syn these on a green day..)

The Hens lay in nest boxes around the farm.

L. Mahoosive salad, roast lamb, a skinless chicken thigh, pickled onions, gherkins and beet root .

D. Fry lite liver with smoked paprika, onions, bean sprouts, seasoning, co op wm pitta ex b, home made tomato and chili sauce, salad. Kebab, lovely.

Apple, satsuma, muller lite yoghurt.

No syns! Woohoo
 
Ha ha ha .....they looked like eggs to me!! I've had another look and they do look a bit more mushroomy - could still easily pass for eggs though!!

As you had a red day today you would have been ok to have some maggots and bugs, you missed an opportunity there didn't you! :D

Food looking good, I haven't had liver for ages, might get some one of these days.

Daughter made a sw cheesecake especially for me, total syns for day 15 approx, possibly less

L. Quorn mince and bean spicy bolognese (more like a chili) on spaghetti with a small spoon of Phili lite hex a, side salad of red onion and cherry tomatoes. 2 syns for salad cream lite.

D. Bubble and squeak, mushy peas, 2 Linda McCartney rosemary red onion sausages, salad.

Banana, 1 chocolate 3 syns,

D. More spaghetti chilli bolognese , that's the lot gone now thank god.

Snacked on some sw wedges, half tin spaghetti , muller lite mint choc yoghurt and fresh strawberries.

Started off not knowing what to do, went pretty much neutral to start

B. 2 egg omelette spring onions in co op wm pitta, hex b 1, small amount Phili lite spread in pitta and sliced cucumber. 1 syn of reggae sauce

L. Hex b 2 seafood sticks chopped into salad with whole meal pasta penne, gherkins , 2 syns salad cream

D. Jacket potato , quark Phili lite garlic chive hex a, 2 syns salad cream, red onions, baked beans.

6 peanuts 3 syns , total fat free Greek yoghurt with fresh raspberries and Splenda .

Another visitor, this is trying my resolve.

B. ham, Lean bacon fry lite eggs and fresh tomato sliced

L. Chicken Dansak and chicken tikka shared with a small pice of very dry crispy naan and some rice, 2 pins lager an g and t.


D. Eat mart sausages, pot of salad.


Not looking forward to Friday weigh in.


Got my 21 st anniversary tomorrow too.

Anniversary , do we treating ourselves to a day off and having a visit to the British Museum. Plenty of walking. Weighed in at 12'13 1 pound gain still in target.

B. Eggs in pitta with onion mushroom peppers and a laughing cow lite

L. Chinese buffet, just ate meat and veg, left the meats that were battered. Bound to be syns in there, oh well. Jasmine tea


D. A small piece of pork loin that I picked at, 2 eat smart sausages 2 syns, yoghurt and fresh raspberries.

I am really struggling to keep anywhere near plan by the time I get in from work. I feel famished and unable to satisfy my hunger or cravings for "something " be it sugary or spicy. Been busy; probably stress playing its part, something that I have not given previous thought to.

2 rashers bacon, a white role with butter. I am so disappointed with myself . Losing control .

I never get hungry at work because I eat for pretty much the whole time I'm there, as well as my breakfast and lunch I also take lots of fresh fruit and syn free yogurts to snack on, my work colleagues are amazed at how much I eat. I don't know what type of work you do or what eating opportunities you have but maybe you could take plenty of snacks in to keep you full. Keep the faith :)
