Thanks everyone. My lunch is changing, now not going to pub, left to my own devices and this is where I could lose the plot. ...

I have access to tesco so I could revert to green? I can get quorn swedish meat balls, tesco basmsati pouch rice, tin tomatoes or passata, some salad.

But will that throw my gammon steak for tonight our of the window?

I used to be confident doing sw, but now trying to lose again I am so unsure.

Your help and support is really appreciated to get me over this hurdle.

i just do ee as im not that fussed about hex's but have half superfree with all meals and snacks swapping and changing would just confuse me as red and green you get more hex different hex amounts etc... i find that ee is the easiest 1 a hex 1 b hex any meat (lean only and watch for processed some have syns) carbs ie potatoes pasta rice are allowed and 1/3 to 1/2 your plate filled with superfree simples all you need to watch out for then are butter sauces and other synned items
ee is as close to mormal eating as i recon you can get on a diet which i think is awesome

so thats ee summed up hope it doesnt seem as confusing now

Thanks for dropping by, I am a red and green guy, 2 hex a and b work for me. I will have a rare ee when necessary. It all works if you stick to it, that's the beauty of it.

Lots of syns? But I know I am not putting weight on , less carb bloat.

Yeah Suz, the I have been better organised and able to leave some chicken in the oven and use it for lunch. People at work think I a, a master chef, my grub looks and smells fab even if I say so. Feel less bloated, even having 3 hex b a day. Keeps me sated. I wonder if it is to do with carbs and sugar level swings with spuds, pasta ans more tinned processed food like beans and mushy peas?

Had a red yesterday, missed the diary c b a with it I will file today's one after taking son to yet another rugby session .

See you later
