A bit of a lost cause, started off green and ended with a take away curry rovided by in was after getting the rest of the hay in, another 250 bales but less helpers, a really hard night.

D. Takeaway curry, chicken, dansak, mushrooms, ........ Lovely.

My office is an utter minefield of temptation t te moment. Everyday we haves visitor or someone leaving, going on maternity or having a birthday.....Cake after home made cake after biscuits after cake after boxes of chocolates after cakes .....get the picture ?

All this after a weekend of ma in law birthday , takeaway curry after getting the hay in.......

Another energetic day, having my son at college in Gloucester means that I can give time to my daughters. Today coaching x country training and having to run with her.

D. Mexican style chicken with baked beans, home made spice mix of chili powder, cinnamon , cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, pepper, season all. in another pitta, loads of salad.
Made the rest of family theirs in tortilla wraps, baked in oven with passage and cheese melted over served with salad andoven chips .

At mid week I was at 13'3! Was not looking forward to w.i , the red aysat te end if eweek really work for me. I did more red days before going in hols and was doing well, will have to incorporate more red days in my week.

I only do the odd one or two red days lately, it seems so much easier to do green, don't know what I'd do without Quorn though.

I heard about the rugby player and his family, terrible, RIP. Farms can be very dangerous places to be..be careful.
 
It was a bloody awful day yesterday after hearing that news. It was reported that it started as a rescue of their dog , that triggered the tragic chain of events.

Our upset wasn't helped by the rest of our day being frustrated with negativity. Tried to rid a paddock of ragwort there were 3 of us and it became bloody obvious that it was beyond our means, plus there was evidence that the ragwort had been nibbled down ( thankfully not by our horses ). Tred to mow our large lawn, petrol mower packed up followed by non starting sit on mower. Poo picked our own paddock and tried to strim the long grass, grass was too long and choked the strimmer, happy days.

D. Home made Tom sauce for pasta, spaghetti , veg, Phili lite
