Such a long day in work today, I was starving by the time I got home!! Had a couple of vodka & diet cokes to celebrate the end of my working week!!

Thursday 26th August - Green Day

Breakfast: 2 Pieces WW Thick Bread (HEB), toasted with 2 LCL Triangles (HEA) and Vegemite

Lunch: Uncle Bens Express Mexican Rice (2 syns)

Mid Afternoon Snack: Blueberries, Raspberries, 2 Clementines, 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEB)

Tea: 2 Quorn Sausages, Spicy SW Wedges (baked in oven with Nando's chip sprinkle & hot chilli powder on, yummm!!!) and Mushy Peas

Drinks: 2l NAS Squash and water, 2 Vodka & Diet Coke (10 syns)

HEA: 2 LCL Triangles, 2 Babybel

HEB: 2 Pieces WW Bread, 2 Alpen Light Bars

Friday 27th Aug

Just a quick one to say that I WI this morning and lost 2.5lb of my holiday gain!! :D Pretty chuffed with that as I haven't been amazingly good this week, although I have just about stayed within my syns!

Off out withmy Mum tonight with her workmates to a Greek Restaurant, I have looked at the menu already and am going to go for the Halloumi for starters (HEA) and then have Grilled Salmon for main. I LOVE Greek food!! :D

I have just planned all my meals for next week and we are going to try a few new things, just done the online shop and it was £92, eeek!! :eek:
 
Had a brilliant night last night at the Greek Restaurant with my Mum, I drank sooooo much though, am feeling rather delicate today! I am having a quiet night in tonight as hubby is gigging so I am going to put the baby to bed, get in my jamas and chillax!!

I have planned a few new meals for next week which I will put in a separate post, I think its going to be a stodgefest for tea tonight of Fish Fingers, SW chips, cheese and beans!!!

Friday 27th August - Green Day

It was a day of 2 halves on Sunday, really good in the morning/afternoon and then really bad in the evening, we had our friends round for drinks and they ordered kebabs and the only veggie thing the kebab place did was pizza :( I had 1 tiny slice of veggie pizza (it was truly vile) and a few pieces of Garlic Bread with Cheese which was also vile, I dont know how to syn them so I will just be expecting a gain on Friday :( It was all going so well too :cry:

Sunday 29th August - Green Day

Back to work today so back to my usual actually eating routine!! I like the structure of my working day as it means I actually get to eat which is more than I can say for when I am at home!!

i tend to miss lunch when i am at work, however, when i have changed my working pattern/hours when i return next week, i used to work 6 on, two off, 9am-3pm, however, from 1st Sept, I will work Mon, Tues, Weds 9am-5:15, and i have to take my hours lunch break so i intend to go for a 20min walk each day and then lunch and quick minimins to keep me company!

I def need structure to my life otherwise i would just graze and pick all day long
 
Pretty hectic day, Hubby was working late which meant I had to pick the baby up, take her home, bath her, put her to bed and then make our tea. When I collected her she hadn't had her tea so I had to take her home and feed her aswell which meant that we didn't sit down for our tea until 8.45pm and it had to be something quick, hence the rather convenient tea!!

Wednesday 1st September - Green Day


Breakfast: 2 Pieces WW Thick Bread (HEB), toasted with 2 LCL Triangles on (HEA) and Vegemite

Lunch: Uncle Ben's Express Spicy Mexican Rice (3.5 syns) with 2 Babybel (HEA)
