I seem to be getting a bit laxadaisy with not posting my diary, I don't know why but I don't seem to want to post that much lately, I am still trying to keep to plan.

So at the weekend I had 2 parties, one on Friday night which was a friends Engagement Party and then another on Saturday which was our friends 30th and his little girls 7th birthday, it was a really good weekend and 2 people who I haven't seen for a while both asked (discreetly) whether I had lost weight and said that I looked fab, which was a nice boost!!

So here is my Diary for yesterday (Sunday), I will piggyback todays on in the next post.

Sunday 5th September - Green Day

Lunch: Uncle Bens Spicy Mexican Rice with 1 Babybel (3.5 syns for Rice, 1/2 HEA for Babybel

Tea: Slow Cooker Casserole (Quorn Pieces, Carrots, Cauliflower, Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, Broccoli) 4 tsp Bisto divided into 2 portions (2 syns)

Supper: Halloumi (rest of HEA), 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEB)

Drinks: 2l NAS Squash and water, Diet Coke

HEA: 1 Babybel, 4 pieces Halloumi

I am sticking to the plan and trying to be good this week, I met my friend today who I haven't seen for a few months as she is on Maternity Leave from work, she was like "Have you lost weight? You look fab!" and I just didn't know what to say, I feel odd when people compliment me, is it just me? Then before she went she was like "Seriously Sara, you look amazing" I just said a very quiet "thanks" and didn't know what else to do! Eeeek, I hate moments like that!

I am sooo tired today, I am going to go up to bed in a min and read the new SW mag and get an early night!

Tuesday 7th September - Green Day

Breakfast: 2 Pieces WW Thick Bread (HEB) with 2 LCL Triangles (1/2 HEA) and Vegemite

Had a pretty good day, foodwise today, I have had a bar of Cadburys Wholenut in my bag for a few days (hiding it from my hubby!!) and we shared it on the way home tonight, a Wholenut shared is syn's halved, you see there is a method in my madness!! :p

Your diary is looking good and I'm super impressed you shared your choc :) how nice are you!! If that was me I would have hid it and ate it all myself haha. Hows the wee one doing? Must say, been looking at your FB photos and she is one absolutely gorgeous little girl - betcha so proud of her :D

HELPPPPP!!

I have well and truly lost my SW mojo :sigh:

I got down to 10st 10lb and was really pleased with myself, then I went on hols and some bad habits have crept back in (For example we had pizza last night to celebrate our 6 year anniversary together, I really didn't enjoy it at all but it has completely blown my weekly syns out of the water) :(

I NEED help refocusing, I NEED to get down to 10st by Christmas. I don't know what has made me go off the rails, so many people have noticed and commented on my weightloss recently so why have I suddenly decided to self-sabotage? It was never a case of overeating with me nor binge eating, it was just a case of a few too many of the good things a few too many times (plus I used to drink wine!!).

Any of you kind ladies like to give me a virtual kick up the derriere I would be grateful!!!

It's Cecil, but I now like Cyril haha. My dad ended up sticking it back on with super glue because I'm sooo skint and can't afford a total new mirror and for the garage to put it on. So, Cecil has a superglued ear for now, but I will get it sorted when I get some money!

I am also losing my SW mojo. I should feel sooo motivated as I've got 8 weeks til my hols and I want to look nice in a bikini next to my skinny friend, but I'm struggling loads. xxx

So, your currently 10st 10lbs yeah? So you have 10lbs to lose by Christmas.

Basically, cut down. I know it's hard, I'm going through it right now and it's horrible to want something and not have it. But, you've done it before, and look how amazing you look! Look at all the compliments you've had. You've done it once, you can do it again. You just need to get in that mindset. Just think of how super your gonna feel at Christmas when your 10st...and then you can over indulge ar Christmas and not feel too bad cos there's nooo way you're gonna put that 10lbs back on. 4lbs at most. And that 4lbs will melt off quickly after Christmas and you'll feel even more amazing!

Plan your meals. We both know you make what sounds like absolutely fantastic SW meals, so go back to basics, look back through your diary and find your fave meals and make a plan. And stick to it. Maybe also do what I've decided to do, decrease your syns. 15 is the most they say we can have. So drop down to like 10 a day, and then 8, 6, 5...and see if you get better losses.

Obviously treat yourself, don't stop eating all the nice goodies. Have a nice glass of wine and some chocolate once a week and within syns. You can't deprieve yourself of thing you like, but limit them and you won't feel so bad and you'll see the outcome of being good ;)

I hope you get your SW mojo back, cos you've done fab so far and I want you to get where you want to be. So proud of you Sara mate, and I know you can do it :) xxxxxxxx

Yeah I am 10st 10lb at the mo, I started at 11st 12lb so have lost just over a stone, I STS last week at my WI.

I have been following meal plans etc but I am easily distracted at the moment when it comes to SW. I said to Hubby tonight I really need to get my "derriere" back into gear so am going to WI this Friday and take the gain on the chin and just make sure I am extra good from now on.

I also need to keep coming on here and posting as I think when I don't is when I fall down!!

OK so I am midway through my week, I am going for damage limitation this week although I am expecting up to a 3lb gain, just due to the pizza I consumed last night, other than that I have been pretty good but I can't remember what I have eaten since Friday so I can't update my diary properly

HEA: 2 LCL Triangles, 250ml SS Milk

HEB: 2 Alpen Light Bars, 2 Pieces WW Bread

Superfree foods: Grapes, Mandarins, Mushy Peas

Syns: 2tsp Bisto (2 syns)

Total Syns: 2 syns

So my back on plan day has gone well although I found a packet of half eaten Fizzy Cola Laces in my drawer in work which I finished, although they were within my syns so I didn't do too badly!!

The Pasta Bake from the new mag was gorgeous but as always with Pasta, I am rubbish at guesstimating portion sizes so did loads, oh well leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!! :D

Wednesday 15th September - Green Day

Breakfast: 2 Pieces WW Thick Bread (HEB) with 2 LCL Triangles (HEA) and Vegemite

Lunch: Salad (Endive, Lambs Lettuce, Beetroot, Cherry Tomatoes, Peppers) Quorn Deli Slices and 1 tbsp Salad Cream Light (2.5 syns)

Tea: Cheesey Broccoli Bake from new SW Mag (Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Cottage Cheese with Chives, 28g Cheddar, 3 Eggs, Pasta) - this was absolutely GORGEOUS!! I have kept some for my lunch for tomorrow (I am off with the little lady tomorrow & Friday) and Hubby has asked me to make it again!!

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEB), 6 Fizzy Cola Laces (6 syns)

Drinks: 2l NAS Squash and water, Diet Coke

Afternoon!!

Well I WI this morning and lost 2.5lb, I don't know where that came from but hey I'm not going to complain!! That means I am now back to 10st 10.5lb so have 10.5lb left until Target, I hope I can get there before Christmas!!!

Heyyyy we must have cross posted as I just posted that I WI and I lost 2.5lb this week so I am 0.5lb more than what I was before I went off the rails hehe!!!

Ahh we must have :). Well done!!! 2.5lbs is fantastic! I STS, luckily...I had a huge chocolate binge the other day and weighed myself early and it showed I had put on 3lbs...so I was super happy with a STS. I now have 7 weigh ins to lose as much as possible before my hols. Any menu ideas?! xx

Well done on the STS, that's brilliant especially after the choccy binge!!

You asked about Menu ideas, well we're a bit skint at the mo till T gets paid on Wednesday so we are using up what we have in until Wednesday and having a shop delivered on Wednesday night, as normal with "skint week" it is quite Green but here are my meal ideas:

Quorn Peppered Steaks with Roast Veg, Potatoes, Aunt Bessies Midweek Minis and Bisto
Quorn Spag Bol
Quorn Chilli and Rice
Quorn Piece Stirfry and Egg Noodles
Vegetable Omelette and Sweet Potato Mash
Jacket Potatoes with Tuna, Mayo and Sweetcorn
Spicy Mushroom Risotto
SW Quiche and SW chips.

They may change but I doubt it!

What are your menu ideas for next week? xx
 
Mmmmmm all of that sounds delicious, makes me wanna go out and buy some quorn stuff :)

I have a rough plan, was going to try an EE week from tomorrow but I dunno...I don't think I lose as good on EE, but was going to do 1 week of EE, 1 of red then a mix week of all 3...dya think that sounds okay?

So far on my little rough lunch/dinner menu list is:

*Tomato Tagliatelle Pasta
*Fish, Boiled Potatoes & Veg
*Jacket Potato with Tuna & Salad
*Quorn Sausages, Mash & Veg
*Ham/Tuna Salad
*Pasta Salad
*Chicken & Veg Curry with Rice

But I dunno, it just seems...boring. I need to change things around a bit so I don't get bored and go off plan. But I'm so skint til the end of the month and I've just got to eat what I can. SW used to be great and I used to enjoy it and get excited to cook, but recently I'm not. Ugh! xx
