Had a really rubbish night sleep last night so depending on how I feel later depends on whether I go gym or not.
 
Morning :0) sorry to hear you didn't sleep well,yup see how you feel bout doing the gym later,no good going if you're too tired cos you won't get nothing out of it! Well I finally got my weights yesterday,got them in Argos in the end! And today I lost 1.5lbs which I'm happy with,2 and 3 quarter pounds off if include the holiday gain!
 
No I decided against the gym and also had some crumpets, cheese n cake at work do all my pp are gone but I'm full so least I'm not hungry n if I get hungry I'll have some 0pp food.
That's a great weightloss chick well done :) keep it up!
 
Hmm ok I kinda got rather hungry n had some pasta cheese and sauce!! Way over my points but I'm going gym tomo so will try and correct it :/
