Yea know what you mean,body takes a little while to adjust,bit like when first started WW.Thankfully it shouldn't last long lol hehe bout sleep,you'll be all refreshed tomorrow.
 
Yeah you'll be back on it in no time :) I slept very well but still tired this morning lol

Thinking same as yesterday for tea
Jacket potato with tuna 8pp

Think I'm going gym tonight but depends on how much energy I have lol
 
Thanks,yesterday wasn't too bad thankfully,shame you were still tired after a good sleep.Yum to jacket potato and tuna,the OH doesn't like jackets so I don't tend to make them.Used to have them lots in the past.Yea see how you feel later bout going to the gym.Hope work goes well for you.
 
I decided against the gym I'm far too shattered!!

I did indeed I had some toast too so gone over my dailies but seeing as I've earnt 12pp in exercise I think I deserved it :) hope uve had a good day!!
 
Yea sometimes a bit extra is needed :0) had a good day thanks,did my fitball tonight,feel abit out of it with exercise after being away so was nice to get back into it :0)

Had a rubbish day at work do decided on going gym to get rid of some stress!! Bad idea though I've I've pulled my bad and it hurts :(
Been good food wise again :)
Had Yorkshire pudd at work for 4pp
And got 11pp left for tea unsure of what to have :/ hmm

Thanks chick :) well I put a fair amount on fr going off track I put on 6 pounds up to 13,7 so let's see what tomorrow brings :)
 
Was hard at first as body was like...feed me feed me lol better now though! Plus was tired for a couple of days,wasn't sure if that was holiday come down or eating naughty foods lol
 
Yeah always the case isn't it, prob naughty food making u feel lethargic, I know that's what it does to me. Having jacket potato and tuna again for tea 8pp do got 3pp left :)
