thank you :) yeah food went pretty well yesterday but not today :/ already used all my dailies and weeklies were used yesterday eeekkk!! when ive had alcohol the night before im like a eating machine!!
planning to go gym alot this week...what do u think a realistic amount of pounds could be lost in 3 weeks? being the weight i am and if i limit my pp to 26 a day and exercise alot?
 
Ok when I was 13.5.5 I lost 6lbs in 3weeks.Was on 29 but went down to 28 though not much cardio work so maybe half a stone or little bit more?no weeklies used those weeks.Yea a few people say about needing to eat more the day after having alcohol.
 
Wi is tomorrow but last week I was 12.8 and 3 quarters! Ok about the half a stone,you planning on filling up on free foods aswell?

Yeah I've made a chilli for tomorrows tea so I don't need to come home and cook after gym. It's 2pp for 100g of quorn mince and all the rest is free!! Gonna do tea's like this filling but low points :)
 
Thanks about tomorrow,will let you know.The chilli meal sounds yum!i like Quorn mince but the OH doesn't so I always get turkey mince,less fatty then beef.Good idea about the low pointed dinners :0)
 
Never thought about turkey mince! Yumm!! I have quorn just because of the low pp and it don't actually taste too bad :) I can tell I've been eating rubbish as I generally feel rubbish and bloated and fat, I don't like feeling like this, it's what I used to always feel like but I obviously didn't notice as it was just normal. Gonna get straight back on it when I get back off holiday too otherwise I'll end up going in the wrong direction and be 16 stone again eekk!! You got much planned for this week then?
 
Yea I used to have Quorn mince a lot when wasn't with the OH lol.i reckon you will have a lovely chilled holiday then will come back feeling refreshed so can get back into it.Know what you mean bout the bloated etc feeling,is amazing how we feel day to day but don't notice it till we change what we are doing.Am thinking of starting
my Jillian Michaels DVD tomorrow as got to measure myself as week 12 so thought be good time to start lol.Seeing the family Thursday and me and the OH are out Friday night to see a band that my friend sings in.What you up to ?
 
Yeah hoping so and will be nice to just chill out and not have to think about anything...especially work.
Ahh your week sounds good :) I've got staff meeting on tuesday and day off on Friday :D woo and following Monday and Tuesday. OH's birthday on Monday 28th and going to see Coldplay on tuesday so very excited about that!!
Planning on gym Monday, weds and thurs maybe Friday in morning. You'll have to let me know how many inches you've lost :)
 
Ahh no bless you!! I don't envy you doing exams lol my OH is in his last year of uni so doing his exams etc atm too and my sister doing her a levels too!! Rather them than me lol well good luck chick but I'm sure you'll be just fine :)
 
Aww that's great about the days off,you got the OH's present sorted? Where are you seeing Coldplay? Bet they will be brilliant live..I love a good gig though been awhile since been to one.
 
No not got it sorted yet lol unsure what he wants still!! We're seeing them at coventry :) I love a good gig too...hence going to the reading festival 3 years in a row lol. Hope you have a good day today :)
 
Who's your favourite band that you have seen at the Reading festival?lol ok bout the OH's present.Well my arms and waist Sts and gained a inch on my legs but am hoping that's cos exercised more with them this week lol but lost a inch and a half on my hips and lost 3lbs aswell so I'm happy :0)
