Wow daisy that is fantastic well done!!
I've been good today well I've used all of my 31pp which I didn't really want to do but after having such a fat weekend I were starving today. I've also burnt 220 cals at the gym. Onwards and upwards!!
Hmm there were so many good bands! The strokes were amazing as were madness :) too many to name lol hope you've had a good day :)
 
Onwards and downwards lol.Thanks about my weight,I'm pleased with the loss! Yea no good starving yourself,if hungry its deffo best to eat! I made a WW beef and mushroom pie that I hadn't tried before,me and the OH loved it :0) that's good about the cals at the gym :0) love the song last night by the strokes,bounce tune! Lol madness are good too :0)

Yeah last night is a tuneee :D my parents live madness n were very jealous that I were seeing them hehe.
 
No problem daisy :) woke up with the sun shining through my window instantly puts me in a positive mood to lose weight :D not sure weather I'll go to the gym or for a walk tonight as I want to be making the most of the sun :) hope you have a good day! X
 
Its lovely and sunny here today aswell,we are going into town abit later just to grab a few bits of shopping.Walk tonight sounds nice,I've done my second day of the shred,wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but I do feel like I've done a good workout so that's a good thing :0)

As to the pie.. I don't add salt etc to mine,just brown the beef in a large pot then add the onion,stir for 3 minutes then add mushroom/carrots and two stock cubes(beef/veg) plus 500ml boiled water,add water later if need be but mine was fine plus I just threw in the mushrooms and carrot,no weighing! Then bring to the boil then simmer for a hour and a half! Per heat the oven to 220,meanwhile mix 2 table spoons worth of corn flour with 4 tablespoons water and add to the pot,stirring till it all thickens,bout a minute,pour into a dish,add the pastry,brush some milk over it,trim pastry if need be then bung in oven for bout 25 minutes and voila! Lol whole pie was 13pp but it had 3 portions worth when cooked.
 
Heyy sorry not been on here again!! Very busy once again. Had a good day yesterday I saved 7pp so only had 24pp just needed a kick start lol as I weighed after a week n half and damage was bad...I think because I didn't weigh myself for so long I were thinking oh I'll be ok but reality definitely hits when you weigh in lol
Only had about 3 hours sleep though as were far too hot!! Not good when I'm at work till 5.30 on plus side it's my last day at work until next weds :D woo chill out time in the sun!!
Anyway i know I've got some busy weekends coming up so what I said is I'm going to enjoy myself and have a drink but not eat the rubbish that comes with the alcohol normally eg a takeaway! So hopefully I won't really put any on if I exercise etc and tbf I'm gonna end up sweating it out if it stays like this plus I wee lots lol prob to much information there sorry lol sooo..here's to another 100% day and I hope you ladies have a great day too :) x

Hiya,sorry to hear about the lack of sleep,hope you are ok today and you enjoy your extra extra long weekend lol.Yea I think it's best to wi even if had a bad week,as you say you don't see how things are going if you don't!Thats good that you have planned what you want to do food and drink wise on your going out weekends,you up to much this weekend?
 
I'm sorry once again I've been busy and not been on here for a while!! Not been good food wise so pretty ashamed!! I go on holiday on Saturday so I'm super excited just so annoyed at myself as I could have looked so nice for holiday but instead I've put weight on :( kick start when I get back off holiday although I'm gonna do 3 100% days untill I go so I don't feel so bloated n horrible!! I've been doing weights, squats, sits ups and push ups every morning n night just because I haven't had time to go gym. There's not much more I can do now just try these next 3 days then kick myself up the bum when I get back :) hope everyone's ok!?! Xx
