Hey not been on here for a couple of days, mainly as there's not much to say apart from I've not been great as usual! But like I said got alot on my mind so just plodding along!! X
 
Yeah ive got it chick just waiting for the papers to go through etc :) should be next week or the week after! Sorry not been on I had another seizure yesterday morning so were sat in hospital for 14 hours and told I have epilepsy :( so on meds to control the seizures. Hope everyone is well and enjoying the snow!! :D xx
 
Hi all I haven't been on here for a while as I've been so busy with the flat and work! Hope everyone is ok?!
I've been okish with food but then the last couple of days been eating what I like :/ not good!! The positive side is because I can't drive atm I'm having to walk and bus it to and back from work everyday so upping the exercise and same with anywhere else I want to go its a case of walking. Last week when I weighed I had stayed the same as week before which was 14,11. Don't think there will be a loss tomorrow morning but can always hope!
I'm not doing weight watchers still just trying to eat healthier and make better choices :) so hoping the weight will stay off when it comes off! So I hope yet again I can get some support off here to motivate me once again! Hehe
My plan for today is:
Breakfast:
40g ricekrispies and 100ml skimmed milk

Lunch:
2x ww ham petit pains, ww crisps and a shape yoghurt

Tea: thinking maybe a jacket potato with half fat cheese and beans but this may change.

Snacks: Special K moment bars

Hi chick yeah I did start again but had another siezure so put on tablets and got to see what they say on the 1st of march when I go to the epilepsy clinic. How are you doing?

Soo I didn't update yesterday and here goes:

Tea: ww ham and mushroom pasta ready meal and 1 slice of bread with light marg.

Snacks: Special K moment bars, alpen light, bite of choc haystack, prawn cracker x1, 1 mini egg, and my friend came round with a massive box of maltesers and we kinda ate about half if not more....oops!! But I did do 11,570 steps throughout the day until I got home at 6.40!! We shall see, I weigh in today so will post if :) x
 
Yesterday's food diary:
Breakfast: omlette with half fat cheese and ham

Lunch: 1slice of bread with a slice of ham and half a scotch egg

Tea: chips and battered sausage from chippy...oops!!!

Also 4 pints of fosters as went to see my parents :)
Not a great day tbh but ill work on it :) x
 
Haha I do love a good pint of fosters hehe!! I really really want to go on holiday this year but with moving out I'm going to struggle :( if would also be good motivation to lose weight! I may just have to be really tight and save loads lol! Are you doing anything this year? X
 
Yeah I go away 5 weeks on Thursday. All my clothes from last year don't fit :'( only myself to blame though

It's lovely to feel some sun on your body... If you can put a little bit away you might be able to get a last minute deal x
 
Haha completely agree with that im finished a half in about 5 mins! Espesh if im thirsty. Ahh bless you are they really tight? In my bottom drawer I have lots of old clothes that dont fit anymore I just look at them and say....one day I will. I want that one day to be this year!!
So far today ive had:
Breakfast 2 crumpets with light marg

Lunch: ham and half fat cheese sandwich with snackajacks

Not sure what ill be having for tea but something low fat :) maybe vege chilliwith veg or something
 
Tight? Some of them are two sizes too small!!! Some of them are size 10's and I'm a 12 at the min, if I knuckle down I might be able to get into them in 6 weeks x
