ProPoints Sarah's i will be thin diary

Well that's me sorted for the day now can slob and have my tea which consists of vege chilli with cauliflower and broccoli :) also went for a half hour walk/ jog as its my first one so building myself up :) x
 
Hi all :) hope everyone's having a good day :) my food diary today consists of:
Breakfast: 40g ricekrispies 100ml skimmed milk

Lunch: 2x ham ww rolls, ww crisps, yog

Tea: jacket potato with my left over vege chilli and a sprinkle of low fat cheese

Snacks: Special K moments, alpen light, half flapjack...oops :)

Not feeling too bad today I've done over 10,000 steps again :)
 
Well yesterday was another positive day...

Breakfast ricekrispies and skimmed milk

Lunch 2xham ww rolls, ww crisps and yog

Tea low fat cheese and ham sw with ketchup

Snacks: Special K moments, alpen light, snack a jacks, bread, bite if flap jack.

Had quite a few snacks as I went for my MRI scan last night so didnt have time to go straight home and eat.

Today's diary is pretty similar apart from my tea, not sure what I'm having yet and there shouldn't be as many snacks :) x

Im loving your will power of a bite of flap jack! I would have eaten the whole lot and possibly the packet... I'm not very good with the word moderation!!!

I had a little wobble on Tuesday night but it was only little. Today is day 7 so the I will be hopping on the scales tomorrow morning x

Ha yeah just a little bite but normally I'd have had the whole lot as I'm a piggy hehe :D your doing so well though so I'm sure youl be fine :D in weighing on Friday morning instead of Saturday as I'm drinking Friday night :D
As for my MRI results she said they will be done in about 10-14 days so when I go to the epilepsy clinic on 1st march they will talk to me about them x

And I just said no to a McDonald's!!!! I'm insane lol espesh when I've just came on my dinner at work so starving! X
 
Hmmmmm ok not good!!! First of all I had some scraps from everyone's McDonald's at work and then I come home and I've got bacon, cheese and sundried tomato pasta with a peice of bread!! No wonder I'm so damn fat :( tbh I've only had about 5 bites of my pasta with the bread and I'm full!! So got a full plate left :/ hope everyone else's day has gone better than mine! X
 
I used to have a list saved on my work pc of foods I'd eaten and regretted and how it had made me feel. It was a great deterrent. My current strategy is just to avoid trigger foods.
 
That's a good idea. Tbh I have a diary that I write in everyday to say what I've ate and how I feel as when I first had my seizure I were feeling weird all the time so just tracked everything but I've carried it on with my food diary too as its good to look back on :) I'm debating when to weigh myself as tomorrow me and my fiancé are having dinner, pudding and few drinks and Friday I'm going out with my friend so I may weigh in tomorrow morning...not that I want to after today but it might make me realise if I do gain that I need a kick up the ass lol x
 
That's a good idea, I might try that!

I'd weigh tomorrow and enjoy the evening. It's only once a year (though I seem to say that about a lot of things "oh it's not that often I'll just enjoy it"!)
 
Haha sounds just like me tbh!! But I guess you only live once :) another one if my sayings :p I'm not going to over eat as we're just having a romantic dinner at home but it's still not gonna be the healthiest lol x
 
Thought I may aswell weigh in today even after an off day yesterday and put on a pound I'm so pissed off as I've been good all week untill yesterday and done loads of walking :( arghh now I'm in a foul mood :'( x
 
Nooooo! Just put it behind you, enjoy tonight and concentrate on this week. Who knows, maybe it will catch up next week? x
 
Pesky scales, they dont half rule our heads don't they! I lost 6.2lbs and Im sat here thinking that I wanted more instead of being happy that its almost half a stone!!! I am so greedy!

Track everything this week hun and you will see a loss next week x
