ProPoints Sarah's i will be thin diary

Sooo had a bad couple of days, valentines and yesterday as went out and enjpyed myself but straight back on it today :) ill prob have a couple of pints with my parents later but to me that isn't being naughty as its the only time I spend with my parents now.
So anyway going to be good now as nothing else stands in my way the next event is 10th march when it's my mums bday and Mother's Day but again will prob just involve a meal and few drinks which shouldn't be too much damage :)
I do have the munches today as I drank last night but I'm determind not to slip up and think f*** it like I normally do when I'm starving!! Lol

Thank you chick :) Ahh wow that's great only 2 pounds and your in the 10's!! That seems so far away for me lol
I didn't update food from yesterday so will do it now! It wasn't the healthiest but also didnt eat too much:
Breakfast: 2 pieces of lean bacon, scrambled egg and toast

Lunch: packet of crisps

Tea: half a plate of pasta with a tomato and garlic sauce and ww cheese, 2 slices of a little garlic and tomato bread.

Snacks: 3 pints of fosters

Tbh I'm pretty happy with that as normally having been out the night before I'd of demolished everything in my sight lol and the other half of the pasta is in my fridge for today :) x
 
Today so far I've had:

Ricekrispies and skimmed milk

Left over pasta from yesterday with some crusty bread

Feeling really bloated now though :( going for a walk once the foods gone down so will hopefully feel better :)
Also I sorted my clothes out today and I have a bottom drawer full of clothes that are too small which leaves me with..well not alot :( I can't wait to fit into them all again!! Their mostly all size 14's but some are more like a 12.
Not sure what we're having for tea yet but it will be something healthy :)
I've also wrote out a rota for my dinners next week so I know what I'm having each night :) this is the plan...
Monday- jacket potato with ww cheese and beans

Tuesday- vege chilli with broccoli and cauliflower

Wednesday- stirfry vegetables in tomato and basil passata and maybe add some quorn peices

Thursday-pasta, ww cheese and a sauce

Friday- still undecided on this one :) x
 
So ive been for a 3 hour 6 mile walk :) feeling great for it aswell! Ive got a scrummy jacket potato in oven so for my tea ill be having jacket potato scraping of extra light marg with ww cheese and beans :D snacks ive had an alpen bar and a few slices of ham with a slice of cheese :) x
 
Are you following a particular way of eating or calorie counting? Well done on the 3 hr walk thats brilliant! I have been far too lazy today but good food wise x

No not particularly I'm just trying to eat 3 healthier meals a day with low fat snacks :) and try to exercise as much as poss, with not being able to drive atm I'm catching the bus to work but I have to walk 15 mins to the bus stop and 15 mins back so that's half hour a day then at weekends walk as much as poss. X

Oh ok.. Well that sounds good hun! Both of the things that lead to weightloss so i am sure you'll do great. What day are you weighing in? Mines a friday x

my weigh in day is a saturday so I cant go off track on a friday or if I have got something planned on a friday ill weigh friday morning as its only the day before. Update for my diary ive just had some toast :( i just feel so hungry today I dont know if its all the walking earlier or im just being a pig lol so ive ate quite a lot today :/
So 100% from now!! And hopefully then il lose on saturday :) got nothing planned until the 10th march so no hiccups until then and even then it will prob just be drinks and a takeaway.
Although I do enjoy a few drinks with my parents on a saturday just a couple of pints which I wont stop doing as I really enjoy it and if i give up everything I enjoy then ill be miserable. How are you doing so far? X

She's always been bigger than me and I think were prob the same now & she has motivated me. I hope that doesnt sound bad...

If you stop a little bit of what you like then you're more than likely to fail. I am gonna have a 'cheat' day once a week (inclusive of my weeklies) to help.

Yeah I spose but it was thick white starchy bread lol ahh I know how you feel chick I always see my friends who have lost loads of weight or generally have amazing bodies and get really jealous lol but it's good it's motivated you :)

Yeah that's a good idea, as I weigh on Saturdays I let myself have a few treats eg the beer :)

It sounds like I'm listening to myself tbh as I'm the same I set out really good and then go off track so easily!! But were going to do it this time!! We will look nice in a pretty skirt and strap top in the summer :D xx

Hmm ok I'm having a really weird concoction for tea instead of jacket potato, it's 2 ww petit pains with near free hot dogs and an omlette :D I'm frigging starving!! Lol x

Yeah I drink diet drinks!! But my throat itches loads and starts to swell when I eat fruit :( ive had a packet of caramel snack a jacks :) feeling pretty good today. You get them from anywhere even the pound shop x
 
Morning all :) woke up feeling very fresh today!! Ive had crumpets with extra light marg this morning instead of ricekrispies whuch was different! We shall see which ones fills me for longer im thinking maybe the cereal as already my tummy feels hungry but perhaps I just need a drink :) have a good day all!! X
