Rubbish busy night so barely ate a thing, but had tonnes of PB on my toast this morning to make up for it!

Normally I would weigh in on a Morning but I've been night shift so it's all a bit muddled! Going to change to Tuesday weigh in for a while as nights and working next 2 weeks as well!

So the sun was out and then it started to rain. I came inside and scrubbed the heck out of the kitchen, and the fridge. After that, it was 5.30pm, and I couldn't bare to get the kitchen dirty by cooking. So we got a takeaway. Oops! But I just had small portions of everything so that makes it ok, and I'll syn it and try to eat low syn for a few days to make up for it!

Gravy was 1 syns for the whole gravy boat, but only had a about 5th! Feel like I've been so good this week, but my weight was exactly the same this morning as it was on Tuesday!

Haha yeah I love my peanut butter! It's an addiction but a great one haha!

Doing fine, started swimming this morning! Absolutely loved it so going to make a huge effort to start going twice a week, and get a good walk in another day depending on work! Hopefully that'll kick start my losses! How're you getting on?

Ah I bought a jar and am looking forward to eating it lol. I have been known to dive straight in with the spoon!
Not doing too badly thank you. Just been away for the weekend so trying some damage limitation this week.
Good job on the swimming! It's a nice way to exercise as it's so gentle on the body. I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder a few months back and swimming was the only thing that would free it up!
I'm into running at the moment, try to go twice a week but been SO busy recently I've struggled. Tomorrow I will go!
