I think my synning has caught up with me as I haven't had much weight loss recently! Got a few weeks where I'm going to get myself back on it though! Well done for losing sizes, sometimes that's even more rewarding!

You are still doing well. I might have to start weighing in in grams to feel it's coming off!

7cm fluid over my ovary must be at least 5kgs . I blame the fluid and not the innocent scones of this world.

My new treats are minimilks. So good and not many syns.

Woohoo! That's 19.5kg in total over 20 weeks which is almost exactly 3 stone. I am delighted!

It's my husband's birthday on Sunday, so going for low syn Monday - Friday, weigh in Saturday. Will have a couple days off as we have plans and then back on it Monday.
